About the property

This first floor apartment has a modern but cosy feel with a large open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area, double master bedroom and 2 further twin rooms (so sleeping 6 people in 5 separate beds in total). The lounge has a 42" plasma screen tv and comfortable seating by way of a couple of large 3 seater sofas. There is an inbuilt music system and free unlimited broadband (you will be given an access code for it on arrival).

An important feature in a 6 person apartment is that this one has both a main bathroom (bath, over bath shower, w.c and wash hand basin) as well as a separate shower room (power shower, w.c and wash hand basin). The main bedroom is a standard double bed and the other 2 bedrooms are twin rooms with 2 single beds in each bedroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge and washing machine as well as plenty of cooking utensils and crockery. All in all a very well equipped place and if you do need to know anything else about the apartment or the location please contact us.

Very nice apt.

Apt was very nice & clean. Plenty of space & comfortable beds. Very little traffic noise even though on busy street. Excellent location, 50 yds to buses & trams - we walked from Old Town one evening. Plenty of restaurants nearby. We had breakfast in Nomad across from tram stop & it was very nice. Would definitely recommend this for location. Loved Edinburgh.

Great Location, Very Spacious & Comfortable!

My friends and and I spent 2 weeks in Scotland and based in Edinburgh. The location was perfectly accessible to train/tram/bus transportation as well as just walking distance from Princes Street, Royal Mile, and similar attractions. Granted, they were not short walks (i.e. 30 min. or so). Also great location for a variety of food and convenience stores for any needs. Everything inside was great and in working order. The only thing I wasn't expecting was a lack of dryer. But, there were drying racks which worked fine.

Just what we needed for the Fringe

The apartment was in an ideal location. The tram from Edinburgh Airport came within a few hundred feet and took less than 30 minutes. The walk in to the heart of the fringe took between 15 and 20 minutes but public transport was also available on the doorstep. We also felt safe and there were plenty of options for eating and drinking.

The management company met us at the apartment and helped with luggage, overall very courteous.

The apartment itself was well appointed and maintained. The only item lacking from our viewpoint was a dryer.

We would definitely recommend the apartment.

Family holiday in Scotland

We stayed in the apartment for a week. It was spacious enough for the six of us (four adults and two kids). The facilities are modern and the flat is fully equipped, exactly as it is shown in the photos. There are plenty of supermarkets, shops and restaurants just a short walk away. It has a perfect location to explore Edinburgh as well as many other interesting places nearby (Glasgow, Sterling, Saint Andrews,...) as it is just next to the train station. The connection with the airport is excellent, too. Besides, the people at Harper's Concierge (David and Eddie) were always at hand in case we needed their help and Brett, the flat owner, gave us accurate information regarding all the details about the accommodation. We definitely recommend Brett's apartment in Haymarket to anyone wishing to visit Edinbugh.
