The agreement with the owner was executed correctly. All instructions were very clear. The accommodation was luxureous, very clean and well kept. The beds in every room were very comfortable. The sun terrace on the second floor was very comfortable and was used a lot.
The wifi was always up and running over the complete premesis. Almost every room provides a magnificent view over the Bay of Santa Ponsa. The neighbourhood itselve is really high class and very quiet.The immediate surroundings provide high quality supermarkets, bakeries and butchers.
We loved the strategic location regarding the distance to the city of Palma (less than 20 min driving) with its historic center, shopping area, marina, restaurants, etc. at one hand and at the other hand pittoresque villages (e.g. Andratx) in the area. There are several fantastic Marinas wihtin 10 min where all kinds of boats can be rented. The immediate surroundings provide several beaches. Having a car or motorcycle at your disposal is preferable.
There is amusement for every age wihin the neighbourhood. In the villa we found information regarding the location.

We had a very good time at the villa. At the arrival, everything was really tidy and clean. The kitchen was well equiped and there were very comfortable beds and bathrooms. The oudside was very nice: the pool, the outdoor beds, the patio, ... And last but nog least... A very beautiful view on the bay of Santa Ponsa!
The town and beaches are a couple of minutes drive away, but are also within walking distance if you are feeling energetic!

A security deposit against breakages is required when booking this property. This is payable with the final rental payment and will be returned within 2 weeks of departure from the property if no breakages/damage or excessive cleaning required.
A booking deposit of 25% of total renting amount is required to confirm booking. Balance of payment together with security deposit is due 60 days before arrival. Any last minute bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Booking dates are flexible, subject to availability. Villas must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Access to the villas will be from 4pm on day of arrival.
Price includes normal electricity usage of 500€ per week (approx 2.500kw) during July and August and 350€ (approx 1750kw) during the rest of the year.
