The Holiday House Vendicari is a recently renovated house in the
countryside adjacent to the oasis of Vendicari.
The house consists of a large living room-kitchen with sofa-bed, three bedrooms, two doubles and a triple, and two bathrooms with a shower and with instant water heater which allows simultaneous use of the two bathrooms with no time limit. The three rooms are air-conditioned cooling/heating with new air conditioners with heat pumps and the living room is equipped with modern wood-burning stove , the house is therefore suitable also for autumn holidays . The house is equipped with many outdoor spaces such as a large front porch, which serves as a living room outside, a back porch, ideal for outdoor dining, a outdoor kitchen with barbecue and a large open space with a pergola for shelter car.
The house can accommodate up to 8 guests, it is especially indicated for large groups or two families.
Immersed in a green orchard, the house is reached along a country road that branches off from the SP 19 Noto-Pachino, almost opposite the entrance to the oasis and its famous beach, from which the house is about 2.5 km.
Holiday House Vendicari is the perfect place for those who want a holiday of relaxation and tranquility, typical of the countryside, but at the same time want to easily reach all the most beautiful and pristine beaches of Noto, just a 5 kilometers it is possible to reach the beaches of Calamosche, Marianelli, Cittadella and San Lorenzo. The house is located 10 km from the town of Noto, European capital late Baroque, from Marzamemi, a fishing village and place of nightlife, 8km from Lido di Noto,from the archaeological sites and seaside Eloro-Pizzuta, and from the Noto motorway. From the motorway the city of Syracuse is about 30 km, 85 km from Catania and international airport Vincenzo Bellini (ex Fontanarossa airport).
Noto is also possible to reach the major UNESCO sites in the Val di Noto which Modica, Scicli, Ragusa and the seaside towns of Portopalo, Pozzallo and Marina di Ragusa.

rilassante vacanza trai limoni

la casetta è in mezzo alla campagna, immersa in un campo di limoni e fichi d'india, atmosfera molto piacevole. Provvista di tutti i comfort, esattamente come da descrizione, ci siamo stati comodamente in 8, con due patii che consentono di pranzare e cenare sempre all'ombra, docce esterne, barbecue e persino forno a legna. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e Giuseppe è stato davvero gentile e disponibile.

Schönes Ferienhaus für einen Familienurlaub

Das Ferienhaus ist ein sanierter Altbau, der mitten in einer Zitronenbaum-Plantage liegt. Haus und Grundstück sind gut ausgestattet, gepflegt und sehr sauber. Der verfügbare Platz ist sowohl innen als auch außen großzügig mehr als ausreichend für einen Urlaub mit der ganzen Familie (inkl. Großeltern). Wir haben nichts vermisst. Der Gastgeber Giuseppe ist super nett und hilfsbereit, auch was Tipps zu Stränden, Restaurants und Ausflügen in die Umgebung angeht. Mittig zwischen Noto und Pachino gelegen ist das Ferienhaus ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um den Südosten Siziliens zu erkunden (Auto ist obligatorisch).

The house by the lemon trees

We had a great visit at this house, we were greeted very nicely from the house owner and he was very helpful with tips for the area. We really enjoyed the outdoor showers and with the car we made a lot of trips to beautiful cities and beaches. Our favourite was the beach, which took 5 minutes with the car, called Vendicari. We really enjoyed our visit at this house and would love to come again!

Una settimana incantevole

La casa è deliziosa, persa tra i limoni. Massima tranquillità e piacevolezza del luogo. Mare, riserva naturale, luoghi di grande interesse artistico facilmente raggiungibili con la macchina. Proprietari gentili e disponibili. Una vacanza da ripetere e da consigliare!

gemütliches, authentisches und ruhig gelegenes Domizil in der Nähe des Naturschutzgebietes Vendicari

Wir (2 Erwachsene + 2 Kinder (2 u. 4a)) sind eher durch Zufall auf Sizilien als Urlaubsziel gekommen und waren auf der Suche nach einer "artgerechten" Unterkunft. Nach längerer Recherche haben wir uns dann für dieses Haus entscheiden und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Der Kontakt mit Giuseppe (und seiner Familie) war allzeit prompt, sehr freundlich und herzlich. Das Haus ist gemütlich rustikal und sauber und liegt eingebettet in einer Zitronenbaumplantage . Alles so wie es sein sollte. Der nächste Strand (Vendicari) ist mit dem Auto, dieses ist übrigens absolute Pflicht, ca. 5 min entfernt, weitere Strände sind in 10-20 min erreichbar. Alle sind ausnahmslos zu empfehlen. Es ist für jeden etwas dabei, vom Nudisten über Naturburschen bis zum Familienstrand (Marianelli, Calamosche, Eloro). Auch gibt es in der näheren Umgebung (Fahrzeit 30-45 min) vieles zu entdecke, über das schnuckelige, etwas touristisch angehauchte Fischerörtchen Marzamemi, die Kreisstadt Noto mit ihrem spätbarockem Charme, Syrakus mit der Insel Ortigia bis etwas ins Landesinnere Palazollo acreidi. Hier wird jeder fündig. Auch stolpert man ständig über irgendwelche griechische, römische, byzanthinische oder sonstige Überrreste .... Wirklich empfehlenswert !
