The living space offers plenty of seating (Smart TV with Netflix, Disney + & Hulu) and spacious bedrooms that sleep up to 6.
You get the entire cottage, plus a front porch to relax on, all to yourself. Get the fun of a vacation stay with a quiet neighborhood feel. Bringing the kids? Bring their bikes too! This gated community has a 5 mile an hour speed limit and is closed to residents and guests only.
Want a day at the beach? Your just over 1 mile from the waterfront and located along the trolley and bus line. Rather hang out at the pool with a picnic lunch? Your doorstep is less than a minute walk to the pool, which also has a community center with kitchen. Bring your lunch and store it in the refrigerator while you lounge in the pool or relax in the hot tub.
Heading to the beach? Let us supply all of your beach needs, including towels, beach umbrella, beach blankets, and even sunscreen.

We had a great stay. Friendly neighborhood and nice location for beach, shopping, grocery. We may return because we enjoyed, but we like to visit other places. Our grandchildren enjoyed. Host was very helpful.

I stayed the first part of the week with my husband and youngest son and fiancee'. It was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood look like it came out of a Dr. Zeus book. The land was all leveled, bright colored houses and landscaping immaculate. The son part of the week I stayed with my oldest son and his wife and one year old son. The gated porch was like a outdoor play pen. The pool was Hugh and we very much enjoyed the hot tub.

Cute cottage in Old Orchard Beach, Maine

The cottage was extremely clean and it had everything we needed to have a comfortable vacation away from home. The pool and hot tub we really loved and it was such a short walk to both which made it convenient! It was about 5-6 miles from the beach, but we found free parking on the days we could go when it wasn't raining! Our hostess was very accommodating and friendly. Very safe and family friendly neighborhood!

I fell in love with this property when I found how close it was to the beach, but yet how quiet the neighborhood was. And with a pool, hot tub, and fitness center on site I could enjoy the beauty of the beach, or the simplicity of these on-site amenities.
