Parque da Corcovada. Luxury apartment in block 37 located on the ground floor. Spacious balcony with plenty of privacy on the south-east with two sunbeds, rotating umbrella, large table with chairs and a view of the pools. 2nd terrace on the side of the bedrooms.

The apartment is situated has a private parking in the garage. There are also public parking about 10 meters from the entrance.

Ideal for a lovely holiday in the Algarve with its beautiful beaches and countryside. Enjoy the sun on the terrace of the apartment, the swimming pool at your fingertips. Surrounded by lounge chairs and umbrellas.

Delicious and cozy eating on a terrace on the beach or in one of the many restaurants in the immediate area. Many of them are on the famous "Strip" which can also be served a drink at one of the many bars. A vibrant nightlife within walking distance.

For your shopping you also not far away. A few minutes' walk there are plenty of shops and a supermarket for your groceries.

For example, to the 'old town' then there is a good bus service right on the edge of the park.

Corcovada is located just minutes from Albufeira city. A very nice lovely old town with lots to see and do. On the beach are wonderful terraces. Be surprised and walk through the narrow streets with its many shops, terraces and restaurants. On the website www. albufeira. com you will find a lot of information and also different webcams. There is also a virtual tour of fisherman's beach and the old town at http: // www. albufeira. com / gallery / oldtown. At the Strip Albufeira tourist train stops every 20 minutes and takes you to the old town. A free bus service is from March to October, between Albufeira and Algarve shopping. The belangruikste mall of the Central Algarve. There is a bus stop on the Green Line and the Blue Line t. o. office Corcovada. This runs regularly to and from the city and beaches. Beautiful terrace view.

Well appointed apartment located 10 minutes from the strip which was perfect for our teenagers who were in our party.The terrace which is very private, has beautiful views of Algarivan countryside which is a real bonus considering its location and a pool view as well.The complex has an excellent pool which is well maintained and sun loungers can be accessed all day without much hassle.The internal doors of the complex leading upstairs etc can be quite noisy on closing which can be heard in the morning especially is an issue the complex management might need to address.I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment for its location and facilities with local restaurants and bars within walking distance.

Great location, comfortable spacious modern appartment!

I stayed here with my family in July 2017. The appartment was very modern, clean and well maintained. The owner was very obliging & nothing was too much trouble. The location is within walking distance from the strip & costs €6 in a cab to get to the 'Old Town'! We will definitely use this appartment in the future.

L'appartement est très spacieux, situé dans une résidence récente et calme. La terrasse donne sur la piscine mais à l'abri des regards. Commerces, restaurant etc... à proximité immédiate à pieds. La place de parking en sous sol est appréciable même si l'on peut stationner facilement au pied de la résidence. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire Fred, et très bon accueil de la part d'Astrid sur place. L'appartement est également très bien équipé. Je recommande !
