Le Corbusier on the beach is an amazing vacation property, construction in a 'u', of simple geometric shapes and rationalist aesthetic of great plasticity ... All the walls are light dominance with glass for the enjoyment of a landscape on the beach with a wonderful and fascinating topography. The transparency and lightness of the volume of housing can enjoy a dreamy enclave.

This fantastic holiday home is a 'box' of light and glass overlooking the sea, the bay and Formentor designed for relaxation and leisure. No obtante, the development plan of the house is very simple allowing flexible use of space, which is completely open to the privileged views of the Mediterranean.

In the plant street is full and equipped kitchen with great views, the great main dining room with fireplace, open frontally the garden and the sea and the back of the inner courtyard with palm trees. On this floor we also find four bedrooms and three bathrooms: a double bedroom with private terrace and bathroom en suite with bath; also a double bedroom with en suite with large shower; two twin bedrooms and full family bathroom. All rooms are spacious and bright.

Upstairs a comfortable living room with fireplace opens again to the Mediterranean landscape and great viewing deck is the absolute protagonist of this space. The viewing terrace of the villa Le Corbusier is the perfect place to enjoy a glass of champagne while watching one of the most beautiful sunsets of Mallorca. The beaches of Sant Pere and Sant Joan, in the exclusive residential area of ​​Mediterranean pine Mal Pas-Bon Aire, are the most beautiful of Alcudia. Precisely from the Coll Baix begin some very interesting excursions for lovers of trekking and nature as it rises to Sa Talaia, old watchtower at the highest point of the town. From above we see two bays, the Serra, Alcúdia, the Pla de Mallorca and when the day is clear, the coast of Menorca.

But if there is an unmissable event for lovers of nature, is S'Albufereta and S'Albufera, two of the largest wetlands, relevant ecological value of the Balearic Islands, with significant plant and animal species.

Also very close to the holiday house is the old town of Alcudia, whose name combines the Arabic and Roman footprint. Located near the Serra de Tramuntana, Alcudia is facing away from the rural Mallorca at the foot of the waters of two bays, the north of Pollença and Alcudia this. Every Tuesday and Sunday morning, the pace quickens city with the market. Farmers, traders, artisans and artists paint color the villa and bustle of the people around you feel inside and outside the medieval walls.
