Furnished and equipped to a far higher level than most holiday rentals. Towels are 900gsm "ultimate" quality. Linen is fine 600 thread sateen Egyptian cotton. Drinking water is filtered. Uniquely, we try to provide all the minor cooking and cleaning items you will need to be comfortable - just as you would have at home.

The Bellresguard apartment/flat and villa complex is quietly located just 100m from the Pine Walk and the beach, but the attractions of the centre of Puerto Pollensa are a short walk away along the shady, traffic-free, promenade known as the Pine Walk. Within easy walking distance are the famous 4-star Hotel Illa d'Or, several good restaurants, pavement cafes and a supermarket.
In addition to swimming, snorkelling and simply relaxing, available activities near the flat include tennis, sailing, cycling, windsurfing, scuba diving, horse riding and hill-walking. In spring and autumn an enormous variety of migratory birds can be seen in the adjacent woods and in the beautiful Boquer Valley which is nearby.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned/heated and comfortably furnished. It overlooks the large three-level swimming pool which is brilliant for both adults and children. The surrounding terraces and gardens are attractively planted and include ornamental fish-ponds.
Our apartment faces south and, in addition to a spacious balcony, has a private roof garden of 93 sq m. .
There are three bedrooms, with one king-size, one double and two single (full-size) bunk beds. All of the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The bathroom is en-suite with the master bedroom and there is also a new family toilet/shower room with a rainfall shower. The bathrooms have thermostatic showers and night-lights.
Luxuriously equipped, with; dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, rotisserie fan oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, UK digital HD tv, DVD player + 50 films, CD stereo, bluetooth speaker, leisure library, wall safe, filtered water system, electric blind, electric awning, Nespresso, binoculars, luggage scales.
Plus small appliances such as; electric kettle, juice extractor, liquidiser, cafetiere, hair dryer (2), iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, toaster, weather centre, mosquito deterrent etc.
The flat's roof terrace has views from the sea to the mountains. It is enlivened by flower beds and equipped with; Weber gas barbecue, fridge, shaded dining table/chairs, sun loungers, hammock, hot/cold shower, even table tennis. Flexible lighting, from floodlights to romantic.
A private underground parking space is also included so your car stays coooool!
Free wifi is very fast, 30Mbps, and accessible throughout the apartment and the roof terrace.
Following early retirement we loved sailing in Mallorca and chose to base our boat in Puerto Pollensa in 1999. Within a couple of years we had fallen in love with the area and looked far and wide for a property. Bellresguard proved to be the finest location, quiet, private but near the beach and the Pine Walk. We chose our particular apartment because of the lovely views, especially from the roof.
The whole family have enjoyed many visits, and over the years we have steadily improved the apartment. Now it is a real home from home and we enjoy sharing it with new visitors and established Puerto Pollensa fans.

We stayed at this lovely apartment in early August. It has everything you need for a perfect holiday. It's spacious, clean and shares a great swimming pool. Fabulous roof terrace with table tennis, BBQ and a hammock - what more could one want? The complex is only a couple of minutes from the beautiful bay. Kay was so efficient in her dealings and I will definitely be booking again. Perfect place to stay.
We have stayed on the Bellresguard complex on several occasions and love it. This is the first time that we have stayed in this particular apartment and we were not disappointed. The standard was great and the roof terrace was the icing on the cake. The owners were very helpful and friendly. We have already made our reservation for next year. Puerto Pollensa is our favourite holiday destination and for anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable place to stay we would highly recommend this penthouse.
My wife and I stayed here in mid-February - well into the off-season - and found the apartment just as excellent as it sounded from the very detailed description provided. Since we like to cook a lot, the overwhelmingly well-equipped kitchen was a huge plus. The rooftop terrace with BBQ and everything was just fantastic and we can just imagine how pleasant it is during the slightly warmer months... The only negative things that we encountered were not related to this splendid apartment but to the fact that is was off-season; you had to walk a bit to find an open restaurant or a shop for food and drink. Neither was the beautifully shaped and large pool in operation during our stay (which we of course well anticipated when booking the place). The beautiful Pine Walk and the beach was just a stone throw's distance away and perfect for peaceful strolls and sunset or sundown. In general, we found Puerto de Pollensa a very nice village, and an excellent base for hiking in the nearby areas including the Alcudia direction. Finally, many thanks for the owners Kay and Barry, always friendly and quickly at our disposal if we wanted to ask something!
We travelled as a family of five including three children and this apartment was perfect for us. Spotless clean with everything you could need for a self catering holiday, the water filter in the kitchen was a big bonus, no need to lug huge bottles of water back from the shop. The roof terrace was fantastic, we spent a lot of time playing table tennis, having bbq's and fighting over the hammock. The apartment is in a great location, just two minutes away from the beach and a ten minute stroll along the beautiful pine walk to the restaurants and shops.
We would definitely recommend this apartment and we look forward to returning one day in the future.
Have just returned from our second visit to this lovely apartment situated in the idylic area of Puerto Pollensa, close to the beach and the Pine Walk. The apartment is first class in all aspects of furnishing, equipment and comfort and comes with a reliable wifi system. It is a real gem and has the added advantage of a wonderful roof top terrace housing a BBQ and table tennis facilities. The complex is well maintained and has a lovely pool suitable for both children and adults with surrounding sun terrace. It is only a short walk down the Pine Walk to the Town where there are a multitude of lovely restaurants.We can and have recommended this apartment to family and friends in the knowledge they will not be dissappointed. Booking is easy and the owners friendly and willing to answer any questions you may have. We are already planning our third visit in 2016.
This is by far the best apartment we've rented in Puerto Pollensa. We've been holidaying in the resort for nearly 20 years and we've gone back to this apartment every year for the past 8! It's in a great location and the property is spotless, tastefully decorated and always well maintained. The private roof terrace, complete with bbq, provides for a great alternative to eating out at one of the many good restaurants close by and is the perfect place to chill out during the day if you don't fancy the 5 minute stroll along the Pine Walk to the beach! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend a stay in this apartment to anybody.
