Sundene is a spacious bungalow with ample space and facilities for the larger family group. It stands in pleasant, sheltered, sunny gardens which are ideal for relaxing and unwinding. Plenty of parking in the drive.

Three bedrooms, one double and two twin rooms also two Z beds. Hand basins and shaver points in two bedrooms. Hall, lounge with patio door to garden, flat screen TV,DVD. Kitchen/diner with electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster etc. Utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Bathroom/WC with bath and quadrant shower cubicle, shaver socket, 2nd seperate WC.
