Our apartment, located in "Les Lauzieres" residence is being renovated and will be newly refurnished to be available for rent as early as December 2015.

We have joined 2 studios together into 1 larger apartment of 57 sq.m facing the south east. It consists in 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open kitchen which can accommodate 8 to 10 guests (if using the comfortable Sofa bed in the living room).

It is furnished with a washing machine / dryer, a dish washer, a TV in living room and in the kids room, some USB plugs in each room, 2 ski boots electric dryer/heater, a panoramic electric fireplace...)

Ideally located in the heart of "Le Charvet" village, directly onto the ski slopes, it is also only a couple of minutes away from the main shopping street.

One big advantage for families with young children is the Kinder garden located on the ground floor and the Ski School for beginners (ESF, Ecole de Ski Francais) just across the main entrance!

TRES BEL APPARTEMENT

Réservation sans problème avec la propriétaire, contact facile par mail, excellent accueil sur place, appartement assez spacieux, clair, très bien rénové et en parfait état, équipement complet, nous étions 7 adultes et nous n'avons nullement souffert de la promiscuité, l'accès aux pistes est simple, ski aux pieds de l'immeuble et retour ski aux pieds. Le parking couvert est proche, pour l'arrivée possibilité de se garer temporairement à proximité (20 mètres à parcourir 1 étage à monter). Les commerces sont proches et accessibles par l'immeuble en direct (mais vrai labyrinthe ). Le seul bémol est l'absence de casier à Skis, mais des fixations spéciales sont prévues à l'entrée pour les skis, batons, et des réceptacles pour les chaussures ( 2 sèches chaussures électrique) . Plusieurs bar et resto, je vous recommande sur les pistes le "Chalet Grillette sous le transarc, L' Adresse à Vallandry, VoGa Goga à 1850, le bar Boubou à 1800. Pour le départ la personne qui nous a accueilli est toujours aussi disponible et sympathique. Adresse à fortement recommander aux Arcs 1800.

Très bel appartement

Dans cet appartement, réunion de deux studios, l'espace est très bien optimisé et agréable à vivre (nous avons passé une semaine à 8 dont 4 enfants avec suffisamment d'espace pour chacun). Refait à neuf, l'appartement est par ailleurs moderne, chaleureux et très bien équipé. Enfin, la résidence des Lauzières est idéalement située, que ce soit pour un départ/ retour skis aux pieds, les départs ESF ou pour accéder aux commerces du Charvet.

Superbe

Notre séjour dans ce très joli appartement en lisière de forêt a été un vrai plaisir. Tout juste rénové, très joliment décoré et bien pensé, c’est un petit bijou. Il est de plus bien placé, proche de la place du Charvet et des commerces. Et bien entendu des pistes. Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine et reviendrons très certainement.
