Typical 19th century Camargue house, located in the heart of the village of Aimargues, offers a perfect balance between the charm of the old and the comfort of the modern.

Recently renovated, this 280m2 building has several spacious living rooms, ideal for meeting all together, with family or friends. Fireplace lounge for the reader, piano lounge for the musician, outdoor lounge for the smoking musician reader;) you can only find happiness!
A 300 m2 courtyard, located in the heart of the house, offers a long swimming pool sheltered from any external nuisance, the whole offering a haven of calm and serenity.
This house has a major defect, once you are there you do not want to move!

To discover the surroundings, you can take the many paths for bikes and walking.
You can also stroll through the village, buy a baguette near the house, without forgetting the fougasse, a regional specialty not to be missed, or go as far as the excellent butcher to taste the croustellous or ribs, grill (a barbecue will be available).

Très belle maison pour des vacances entre amis

Belle propriété, rénovée avec goût. Le rapport aux différentes terrasses, à la piscine, au jardin est exceptionnel. L'étage est un peu vieillissant mais largement compensé par le standing des pièces de vie.

Teilweise renoviertes Ferienhaus in ruhigem Dorf

Schönes Haus in einem ruhigen Ort in der Camargue. Der Pool bringt die nötige Erfrischung in den heißen Sommermonaten, denn zum Strand sind es etwa 30 Autominuten. Das untere Geschoss wurde sehr schön und stilsicher renoviert, die obere Etage jedoch mit in die Jahre gekommenen und dringend renovierungsbedüftigen (und auch von der Familie der Vermieterin privat genutzten) Schlafzimmern. Dies war auch aus dem Inserat so nicht erkennbar. Trotzdem ein schöner Ort um mit Familie oder Freunden seinen Urlaub zu verbringen.

esperienza positiva

esperienza più che positiva, la zona comune è rinnovata e funzionale con aria condizionata, le camere invece sono datate con piastrelle che muovono e carta da parati d'epoca, no aria condizionata ma nonostante ciò si respira un aria di altri tempi e il mood è davvero positivo. Non possiamo che consigliare questa sistemazione a chi volesse una vacanza diversa dal solito in un ambiente provinciale ma immersi in una realtà molto particolare che alla lunga conquista

Très belle demeure en cours de rénovation

Bonne semaine à Aimargues après grosse déception à l’arrivée car 3 chambres et 1 salle de bain encore « dans leur jus » (tomettes au sol complètement décollées, fils électriques apparents…). Cela aurait du être spécifié dans la description du bien à louer. A noter également un manque d’équipements extérieurs pour se détendre confortablement près de la piscine avec seulement 2 chaises longues pour 8 personnes. Merci à la propriétaire qui a su être réactive et nous a fourni 4 fauteuils d’extérieur rapidement. Bon emplacement dans le village avec parking ombragé devant la maison. Espace extérieur pour prendre les repas très agréable. Plaisir des yeux à toutes heures du jour et de la soirée dans ce tres beau jardin alliant murs colorés, vieilles pierres et vue sur l’église.
