On a working farm that has keeps sheep this interesting conversion is in a very pretty area along the South Downs. Sutton village is picturesque and sits right beneath the Downs. It has the benefit of a local pub and restaurant that is only 100 metres from the accommodation. The living accommodation is set along the length of the building with glass doors it is light and airy. There is a woodburning stove and the kitchen is offset to the back. Down a small flight of stairs there is a second living room with a sofa bed allowing for a fifth guest. On the groundfloor there is a double bedroom with a shower room that has a Jack and Jill arrangement. On the first floor there is a twin bedroom and ensuite bathroom that has a corner bath.
Sutton village is one of a few villages at the foot of the South Downs. Nearby Bignor Roman Villa is open to the public every year. Also nearby is Amberley Working Museum and Arundel Castle. To the north is Petworth and Petworth House as well as Midhurst and ther polo at Cowdray Park. Head south over the Downs and Goodwood is within a 20 minute drive with the cathedral city of Chichester and Chichester Harbour being within 15 miles.
