Set in the grounds of a working farm estate and West Sussex vineyard, the Coach House also benefits from looking out on to the famous Bluebell Railway at Kingscote. A lovely barn construction offering comfortable accommodation for four guests in two bedrooms. There is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom for maximum guest flexibility. Downstairs there is one large living room and an offset kitchen. Upstairs there is a family bathroom.
The property sits in beautiful rolling countryside and guests can enjoy the estate with its lakes and footpaths. There is also a fishing lake for keen fishermen. The vineyard is also open for guests to visit.
East Grinstead area
One of the major market towns in Sussex, East Grinstead sits in the Sussex High Weald. It is the northern terminal of the Bluebell Railway, one of the first steam heritage lines to be opened in the UK. The town retains many traditional buildings and local shops. Also nearby is Standen, Weir Wood Resevoir and the Ashdown Forest. To the west you will find Nymans and High Beeches Gardens as well as Wakehurst Place.
