The master bedroom is en-suite with balcony overlooking the gardens and a rural scene. The other bedrooms are also double sized, one with balcony overlooking the pool. The second bathroom has a hydro-massage bath with full shower unit, WC and bidet. Excellent restaurants/bars and shops are located close to the apartment. The quaint fishing village of Alvor and various beaches are 20mins walk. Alvor has a multitude of shops, restaurants and bars to suit all ages and tastes. The nearby beaches are renowned and range from isolated sandy coves to long stretches of pristine sand. Waterparks abound within a short drive. Two secure underground car parking spaces are available.

You won't be disappointed with your stay in this apartment. We will be booking again. The owners were very helpful and provided useful information such as plans showing location of shops in the area and also emergency telephone numbers. The apartment rental is fully legal and has a local lodging licence.
Excellent apartment with all mod cons
Very nice apartment with great pool. Daytimes we usually enjoyed relaxing and sunbathing on the sun-loungers followed by a trip to the nearby beaches. The apartment is fully equipped for dining at home although we did indulge ourselves at the local restaurants on many nights and also had a few BBQs. We will definitely consider this apartment if we return to Alvor in the future.
We have previously stayed in other apartments in the area but this proved to be the largest and best equipped. Very modern, clean and airy with a lovely pool and gardens with built in double BBQ kit. The owners were very helpful and responded promptly by phone or email to any queries we had.
There is a nice rural view from the master bedroom which added to the relaxation factor when taking coffee on the balcony. The pool views from the other two balconies allowed us to keep an eye on the kids. Our breakages deposit was returned promptly and we would highly recommend the apartment for a relaxing hassle free holiday.

Thanks for your favourable review. The pool is clean and maintained regularly. As I mentioned to the previous guest, we have to wait until October to replace some missing mozaic tiles.

At it’s eastern end the long expanse of the main Alvor beach becomes a coastline of attractive coves with more secluded beaches backed by colourful scenic cliffs that are so characteristic of the Algarve. Still further to the east is Praia da Rocha with its famous vast stretches of golden sands. Water-sports, bars and restaurants service all the beach areas as would be expected in a high end resort area.
Our management company also offers an airport transfers service along with meet and greet. Although not essential for the local scene, car hire is advisable to explore the region more fully. Faro airport is 45mins drive way. There is a regular cheap bus route into Alvor or Portimao town just around the corner from the apartment. Taxis and car hire are very reasonably priced.
Faro airport is approximately 65km by car, whilst Alvor village and the nearest beaches are roughly equidistant at around 1.5km. Praia Da Rocha and Portimao are 3km distance. To the west, Lagos is 25km drive.
The nearby shops and mini-markets stock everything you will need on your holiday and there is plenty of local entertainment both in Alvor and Praia da Rocha. Good restaurants, including the renowned Por do Sol, are just a short walk away and there are numerous other restaurants in Alvor that cater for all tastes. For the activity minded there are water sports, ten pin bowling, and even flying lessons or parachuting. A short drive brings you to attractions such as water parks, Zoomarine, and MotoAlgarve for world class racing and go-karting. There is a zoo near Lagos and another on the road to the popular Monchique mountain and spa area.
Price based on 6 people. An additional charge of £25 per person per week for person 7 and person 8 (this charge may already be automatically included if the payment is made online through the ownersdirect website). A deposit of 25% of the rent plus the ownersdirect service fee will secure the booking. The owner shall email a booking form, terms and conditions, and local lodging form which have to be completed and returned by the holidaymakers. Please note that the owners terms and conditions take precedence over and are in addition to the ownersdirect terms and conditions. There is a strict no smoking policy Changeover Day: Guests are generally required to vacate the property by 10am, although this is usually flexibility depending on the gaps between bookings.
