Perfect condo!

  • 5 of 5

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. Very comfortable, and cozy, perfect for 2 couples. Frigid cold weekend, so it was really nice to be able to have great restaurant choices without having to go outside. Short cab ride to downtown Traverse City. Annie was very helpful, checking on us during out stay to make sure we had everything we needed, could figure out the TV, etc. We will certainly be back!

Amazing Place!

  • 5 of 5

We really enjoyed our stay, and would recommend to anyone visiting Traverse City. The large windows were the highlight for us, as gave great views of the lawn and for this time of year the giant Christmas tree outside. Despite being a large spacious apartment, it felt cozy and warm. The restaurants, coffee shops, and bakery just downstairs made our stay even more pleasant.

Beautifully designed, luxurious and supremely comfortable condo in a fascinating setting

  • 5 of 5

We've known Annie and Craig both personally and professionally for several years. Like their other real estate endeavors (including a gorgeous rental house on Nantucket) this condo apartment is richly, tastefully decorated and sumptuously comfortable. It's an ideal base from which to explore northern Michigan although the many offerings of the Village at Grand Traverse Commons and the nearby downtown area make a "close-to-home" stay very appealing. Be sure to enjoy the excellent restaurants and shops that are just a few floors below you in the Mercato. Also book a tour of the grand and extensive former hospital buildings that were saved from destruction by a plan for renewal that is a model of far-sighted ingenuity and philanthropic purpose. The tour also provdes insight into the method of patient treatment in an "asylum" that is much truer to the definition of the word than its frightening and pejorative current connotation. Our enjoyment of Suite 204 and its surroundings was certainly enhanced by an understanding of its history.

A beautiful apartment. We had a wonderful time. It's a great location to down town TC and give you a chance to get away. Annie was a wonderful host. We look forward to saying here again in the future.
