Hi, I am Niko, the owner, and your host. I grew up and live in Split. I will meet you on your arrival and departure. I am a Chemical engineer, sailor, and have hobbies like skiing, tennis, etc. Also own a trading company, and worked for a long time in the commercial sector.
Niko Jerkovic purchased this villa in 2006
This property belonged to my late grand mother, and was rebuilt in the year 2006. As a sailor/skipper and yacht owner, I wanted the house to be decorated in marine style.
The materials are of high quality, not usual for rental houses, since the house was initially built and equipped for private use.

Unique location, still in the walking distance (15 min) of the town center and ferry port. Please check our web page for more info and photos on the end of this add.
The location of this Villa certainly has the wow factor-a few steps out of the gate at the front of the property and you can literally dip your toes in the sea! It's a lovely property decorated in a nautical theme with lots of blue and white giving it a bright airy feel. The main bedroom is at the front of the house and waking up in the morning to a view of the Ocean is amazing! the house has a small but functional kitchen with everything you need for breakfasting etc. Luckily one of the best restaurants on Brac is right next door and watching the sunsets is amazing from there!
Niko the owner of the villa made us feel very welcome and recommended restaurants and bars for us to try. A car is not essential for this property as Supetar harbour and the ferry to Split is a short stroll away.
The outside space and pool area is great with a BBQ and outside dining area.
All in all we loved this Villa and its close proximity for sea swimming, dining and sight seeing or you can just chill relax and do absolutely nothing. We highly recommend this Villa and would actually love to return.
The villa is only 1 km from the charming Mediterranean coastal town of Supetar on the Island of Brac; this is a lovely place full of character, with delightful little streets, stone houses, colourful boats bobbing around the harbour and plenty of bars and restaurants. All this is just 10-15 minutes walk away.
You can walk along the coastal promenade from the villa to a bigger beach just 40 meters away; 2 km along the promenade you come to the Hotel Kaktus with tennis courts and the boutique style Hotel Bracka Perla which has a Wellness Centre. Twenty five minutes drive away is the highest peak on the Island called Vidova Gora, at which is an excellent restaurant which has a terrace from which you can enjoy fantastic views over the surrounding islands. To the south of the Island (45 minutes) is the village of Bol with its famous Golden Cape beach as well as plenty of water sports facilities; to the west (20 minutes) is the lovely old town of Milna with a good choice of restaurants.
The local ferry line JADROLINIJA has ferries to mainland /town Split, every 1.30-2 hours
Supetar is a place particulary interesting for children, because it has a big range of locations and activities suitable for them.
The Brač island has also its own small airport.
