About Gilda Gargaglione

We are a couple in our mid- 50's with 2 adult sons.

We travel a lot due to work and fell in love with Costa del Sol 11 years ago.

This would be the second property we own in Costa del Sol, the first one being a large villa in Fuengirola, people love it so much that it is always booked, thus the purchase of the apartment so we can use when the villa is booked.

When we retire we plan to move to the area.

We remodeled the place to the last detail as if it were our house to make it as comfortable as possible.

Great apartment

Great apartment, we enjoyed the location and the facilities. Would have liked the option to change the sheets and a change of towels, but everything else was marvelous.

Excellent location

The apartment is well equipped and convenient to supermarket, restaurants and Puerto Marina.

We were a family of 4 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is within a very quiet block.

I wish all our travel apps would be like this

We stayedfor three weeks. The appartment is fresh and clean. It was very important for us, cause we were with our 10months baby. It was a risk for us, you know, when u travel with a baby you want to be sure in all pecularities. I asked 1000 questions ... maybe not even very important, but the owners always were ready to help and very friendly.The apartment really was ready for our come. The owner provided the babychair and baby bed with lenens and also a carpet for the baby. Even the curtains were fresh!!!

The living room is very big and full of light!!! the balcony - were we used to have breakfasts and dinners and just talk till the night - is big, overlooking to a nice garden(the gardener looks for it perfectly!)

infront of the house there is a hotel - firstly I was confused, but they have music not very loud (good one )in the evenings - so u don`t need your own.

TV has English chanells.

kitchen - is full of all you need to prepare or to warm food - all that is in the list is there - and all the tecniks is nearly new.

the sleepingrooms are comfortable. the childrens room may seem a bit small - but you dont need more. our two girls of 7 and 15 years old liked it very much.

It really seems that it was done not for the guests, but for the people who ll live there. very comfortable and homefeeling. I really miss our appartment, and it is true!

the location is very good - all you need is at stepdestination. Farmacia, tourist office , Shop for basics is just 1 minute walk. If you want bigger one - LIDL-5 min. or MERCADONA - 10min it takes.

restarants and bars are near the sea. and the beach and the sea itself is just 150 metres down.

if you are looking for the intertainments - Tivoli, Telerifico are 15 minutes by bus. Paloma park - 20 minutes on foot with a baby pushchair.Malaga is 45min by bus or 30 by train.

what else? thank you dear owners and the propertymanager! I really miss this place.

Vacation in Benalmadena

The condo is newly renovated and very comfortable. Everything is new and cozy. I love the feeling of everything new and this condo is totally renovated. The location is fabulous all is in walking distance. My stay was outstanding and looking forward to go back in Feb 2016.

Easy to deal with the owners very responsive. I highly recommend that you staying at this property. You won't be let down.

Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en alles netjes en schoon.

De ligging is ook super! Alles op loopafstand.

De zee om de hoek en tal van restaurantjes en winkels in de buurt.

Erg aardige ontvangst, goed geregeld ook.

Als ik een minpuntje zou moeten noemen zijn het de bedden, die lagen niet erg lekker.

Verder een heerlijke vakantie gehad, echt een aanrader!
