Casa Maria is one of seven villas available for holiday rental from La Nueva Villa Collection. The villa is located within a quiet area, homely furnished and comfortable. The villa is maintained and cleaned to the highest standard and well equipped. A true home from home. Perfectly situated in the Costa Papagayo area means a 15-minute stroll takes you to the blue flag Playa Dorada beach and centre of Playa Blanca with its wonderful seafront setting and a myriad of restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. It’s a great place for walkers and cyclists alike. Car hire is not essential at our villa location so take the opportunity to leave the daily routine behind you and simply relax during your holiday. The villa was refurbished in 2020 and for 2022 now offers a Spa Hot Tub and High Speed Fibre Internet (500mbs).

Casa Maria has a lovely mature garden to relax in and a heated 7m x 3m pool. Perfect for those who wish to have total privacy within a calming environment both inside and outside the villa. We think it's perfect for older guests and their families seeking a memorable holiday experience. Guest satisfaction is our main priority and we ensure your stay with us is safe, comfortable and above all memorable. We are on hand to support you during your stay and are only a phone call away if needed.

Great villa

Villa had what we wanted, a great pool, space, privacy and a good location. Some items were missing from description. There was no hairdryer or first aid kit. Excellent manager was extremely helpful.

Excellent villa

A lovely villa with all you want for an excellent holiday. Well maintained and Terry very helpful. Easy to find when we arrived. Pool was nice and warm for swimming and the hot tub was a great bonus and used every day.

Wish I was still there!

We have recently returned from a trip to Lanzarote, staying at Casa Maria. Terry who manages the property was very helpful from booking right through to us leaving. The villa was fantastic; very clean and well-equipped, in a peaceful location and about a 20 min walk to Playa Dorada Beach. The patio / garden area was amazing and an excellent size; the pool was always warm and the whole area got the sun all day. The hot tub was a nice addition and proved very relaxing. The outdoor sofa made the perfect location for morning coffee or evening drinks. Overall, we were more than with impressed the property and would not hesitate to book again. Thank you, Terry and team, for making this a relaxing stay in Playa Blanca
