About the property

2 bedroom penthouse with two large terraces

The apartment is on the top floor of a period building in the old city. There is a lift and entry to the apartment is via old style double doors. Once inside a luxury modern apartment is revealed. To the right, frame less folding glass doors lead to a roof terrace with dining table for 6. There is a sink with worktop and built in washing machine and dryer. There is a utility cupboard with hose ironing board and cleaning materials. The living room with sofa TV and internet has a floating staircase that leads to the roof terrace. Opposite the staircase is a well equipped kitchen with induction hob and white worktop, eye level oven and built in coffee machine. There is a dining table under the staircase and a short corridor leading to the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a smaller bedroom and separate bathroom. Both bedrooms have floating double beds. The flat is air conditioned and the roof terrace is large with a roof top plunge pool. There is a sofa, chairs and sunbeds from which to enjoy the views of the cathedral and mountains and soak up the sunshine.

Five start accommodation with everything you needed for your stay in Malaga.

The apartment is very well appointed and modern, with two lovely terraces and we were made very welcome by Lucas who was always very quick to respond to any query we had.I would recommend the apartment to anyone wishing to stay in the city as it was very central to everything.

a beautifull light apartment with the best terrasse in Malaga!

I stayed a week in this fabulous Apartment (we were 4 People). It has an elevator, the beds were fantastic, the terrasse omg!!!. The street is filled With cafees, shops and beatifull buildings! We had some problem With a flashing lightbulb, and lucas was really helpfull. I can only recoomend this fantastic apt, its close to everything!

Wow! Absolutely stunning apartment!

This apartment is so beautifully decorated and well appointed. The owners were very attentive and warm and even left us bread, fruits and bubbly. The rooftop deck is amazing and the outdoor dining area is a wonderful place to share family meals. We were a group of 4 and found the apartment to be spacious and a great gathering place. I hope to come back again to enjoy this lovely apartment.

This apartment is a luxury experience right in the heart of Malaga - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The penthouse is finished to an exceptionally high standard - it is both stylish and offers lots of practical details, such as a water filter and great washing and cooking facilities. The apartment is full of very well chosen style details, such as ornaments and candle lanterns - and the roof terrace is simply amazing! Lots of seating areas and choices, which we enjoyed equally during the day, as well as in the evening - the views over Malaga are stunning. And how many places offer a Jacuzzi underneath a bell-tower?! Lucas couldn't have been more helpful during our stay. In terms of location, the apartment is very much in the heart of Malaga, on a street full of great places to eat and near to a well stocked supermarket. I would heartedly recommend this wonderful apartment - it is something really special!
