Villa Las Chapas Beach is a stylish seven-bedroom house set in large walled, private gardens and only a short 100 metres stoll from the sandy beach and restaurant at Real Zaragoza, and just 5-minute drive to the main resort of Marbella.

The villa is set over three levels, and is very spacious with good quality furnishings. The ground floor has a huge living room through the impressive entrance hallway with plenty of sofas and dining room. The modern kitchen has all the modern amenities one would expect for a villa of this size as well as a second dining table. There is a wc cloackroom here too. A few steps lead to the lower ground floor with a second television lounge, with double doors leading to the garden and large covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool.

There are three large bedrooms on this lower ground floor, a double and one twin bedroom sharing a full bathroom and a further twin bedroom with its own bathroom with shower.

A marble staircase from the ground floor leads to the first floor hosting 4 more bedrooms; a master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. There is also a twin room with pull-out twin beds ideal for older children and another bathroom. Both bedrooms have large terraces offering lovely views over the area. There are 2 twin bedrooms also here sharing a full bathroom.

The upper floor has a huge double bedrooom with fitted wardrobes, sloping ceilings and its own shower bathroom. There is also a large furnished balcony here too.

The gardens at the villa have plenty of outdoor furniture perfect for relaxing in and cooking up some al-fresco dining on the barbecue watching the kiddies in the pool. The gardens offer plenty of shade and lawns and are very private and secure. There is also a table tennis table here. This is a great villa for walking distance to the beach and is only a short drive from Marbella.
