Nice two storey townhouse with private garden and beautiful views to the sunset over the sea, located in front of the sea, in a private residential, very quiet, with beautiful green areas and a Swimming pool 25 meters (community) surrounded by Pine trees,

The house is located next to some of the most beautiful coves on the island: Cala Tarida, very lively, with all services, and Cala Moli, virgin and very quiet.

The house is 40 meters from the sea, on a wonderful cliff overlooking the sunset and the island of S'Esparta.

The house has 180m2, between housing and garden - terraces and has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, well equipped kitchen open to dining room, patio, porch and terrace

* Bedroom 1 on ground floor has a bunk bed with 2 beds 90x200

* Bedroom 2 in first floor double bed of 160x200, with bathroom

Very nice apartment with great pool and view.

The apartment is very nice. Everything is modern, clean renovated. There is a beautiful separate pool to share with the other apartments. Everything is well looked and the beaches 5-10min by car are also very beautiful.

We were lucky. The apartment to the left was empty and to the right were quite young people who rented it. If the neighbors are less considerate it could be loud and uncomfortable.

You have to bring or buy detergent, dish soap, rubbish bags and other household goods. This is not a must have but good to know.
