This property is perfect for those seeking peace and relaxation . The villa Xainu Island is located in Crestatx / Sa Pobla, in a residential area where there are only houses and no shops or commercial premises. Crestatx is the ideal choice for families with children or those who want to escape the stress of everyday life just once to recover really. The nearest village (Sa Pobla) with supermarkets, shops, doctors, bars, restaurants, etc. can be reached in just 5 minutes by car. The next largest city is Inca, where you will find even German supermarkets such as Müller, Aldi and Lidl. The villa Xainu Island is located in an impasse, what does that mean there is no traffic . The exterior of this modern villa is designed with a large landscaped garden with palm trees and colorful mixed Botany. The lawn and the wild garden area is perfect for young explorers. There can be abated so right. Among a large carob tree has a comfortable seating area to relax. A refreshing place to read an exciting book. The saltwater pool is situated in the middle of the garden and surrounded by the large terrace which offers enough sun or shade. A sun lounger, sun loungers and a furnished chill-out area provide ample space for the whole family. The turquoise pool is easily accessible via steps and has a separate part with only knee-deep water, ideal for small children. Directly on the house is the covered terrace. There you can dine on a large table that can accommodate for a minimum of 6 adults or enjoy advance on the very comfortable rattan lounge furniture with a glass of good local wine. For your barbecues you have a barbecue behind the house available. There can be prepare especially good fresh local products which you get on the famous Majorcan weekly markets. The barbecue is created behind the house so that other passengers are not inconvenienced by the smoke. We the team of 5Starshome find this is a super solution. In the garage you have a utility room with washing machine. Directly on the property can accommodate up to 4 rental cars.

The very modern interior of the house is divided into 180m² and offers 3 double bedrooms, 2 with large double bed. The 3rd double bedroom is a kind of studio with a small own kitchen and bathroom en suite, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and flat screen TV. The main living area is equipped with 2 additional, very nice modern bathrooms. Hair dryers are available. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and fitted wardrobes / closets. Baby travel cots are also available. A safe for your personal valuables is installed.

The living room flooded with light is equipped with a large comfortable sofa. The flat-screen TV has satellite / cable connection and thus international television. In the middle of the living area, a modern fireplace is installed so that you can really feel at home even on cooler winter months. Air conditioning (hot / cold) is available throughout the house. The open, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for cooking, an oven at a comfortable height, ceramic hob, microwave, modern sink area, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, juicer, etc ... The dining table can accommodate up to 6 adults. High chairs for our younger guests are present. Upon entering the property you will receive all that is soon clear decorated very stylish and decorated with love.

La casa es tal cual veis en la foto, está situada en una urbanización al lado de sa Pobla, imprescindible el coche, la casa tiene todo tipos de comodidades y está en un sitio muy tranquilo.

Bien situada a un par de minutos de Sa Pobla que cuenta con todo tipos de supermercados, y a escasos 10 y 11 kilómetros de Pollença y Alcudia, en 15 minutos estás en las playas de la bahía de Pollença y Alcudia.

En 40 minutos llegas a Palma, está muy bien comunicada. Recomendable 100%

This beautiful house is located in Crestatx, in the northern part of the island, close to the historic towns Pollença, Alcudia and Sa Pobla.

By the well developed road network you have very fast and easy access to all places and attractions the island has to offer.

Mallorca has more than 300 sunny days a year, the ideal conditions for your perfect holiday.

Enjoy a day at the beach. With the whole family at one of the beaches of 'Platges de Muro' 'with fine white sand and turquoise water. Playas de Muro triumphs with the award to one of Europe's best beaches. The wide beach with calm waters and moderate waves is great for kids and adults.

The port cities Port Alcudia and Porto Pollenca are worth a visit. Relax in a bar with stunning views of the harbor or go shopping in the best shops around or leave it in the day with the whole family with a nice meal in one of the many restaurants, end at sunset.

For nature lovers there are many opportunities for hiking, biking or for relaxing walks in the countryside where there is plenty to explore in the immediate vicinity. From our property from you have direct access to these trails.

The Sierra Tramuntana Mountains is also located very close to the house and offers many different opportunities and adventures like mountaineering, rock climbing, mountain biking, etc., which can run in every season. The mountains are surprised with a magnificent view over the whole northern bay. A visit to the monastery of Lluc or other excursions in the Sierra Tramuntana you should do in any case.

Just 10 minutes from the zone provides the Albufera Natural Park, which is well known for its diversity of migratory birds.

Cap de Formentor, the northernmost point of the island, is a spectacular formed by wind and sea cliff. From here you can enjoy a wonderful view over the sea and the surrounding coastline. The highest point is crowned by a lighthouse.

If you want to have a memorable trip you should definitely take a boat trip in the area. The ports of Can Picafort, Alcudia and Pollenca offer special boat trips.

From the house it provides easy access by car to the capital, Palma de Mallorca. The Pearl of the Mediterranean stands out with its famous cathedral, the great harbor, charming courtyards, numerous monuments, the Bellver Castle and many more.

In addition, charmed city of Palma with shops, jewelery, traditional crafts, art, attractions and much more.

For golf lovers, we recommend two of the best golf courses in Mallorca, which are known for their facilities and location with a great view. On the one hand, the Golf Club Alcanada and secondly the golf course of Pollenca. Both are just 15 minutes away from the holiday home.

Night owls will have fun in Port Alcudia, Pollenca, Cala Ratjada, the promenade of El Arenal and Magalluf where you have a wide range of nightclubs, bars, clubs, restaurants, etc..

Local, fresh products of the island such as fruits and vegetables, meat, cheese and traditional crafts of the region, you can purchase at the weekly markets of Sa Pobla and Alcudia town (every Sunday from 08: 00h - 14: 00h).

Water: In Playas de Muro and the Bay of Pollença there are several specialized centers organizing excursions, as well as the appropriate equipment which they rent for example you’ll need for sailing, surfing, kite surfing or diving.
