Bonjour; nous avons bien pris en compte vos remarques (qui sont aussi celles d'autres locataires) et vous informons que nous avons procédé au changement des fenêtres, pour équiper entièrement l'appartement de doubles vitrages avec isolation phonique, en août 2016. Appartement bien agencé et bien situé

Appartement très agréable à vivre à plusieurs (nous étions 6 personnes), surtout si la pièce à vivre ne fait pas office de chambre et très fonctionnel. Situé en plein centre et proche des pistes. Cuisine bien équipée en électroménager et vaisselle. Grand cagibi très pratique et surtout très appréciable + grands placards de rangement dans l'entrée. Casier à ski au sous sol. Douche supplémentaire dans une des chambres bien pratique également. WC séparés. Appartement très lumineux avec grand balcon.

Personnel de l'agence très aimable et compétent

Réduction skipass et location de matériel de ski (Jacques Sports).

Seuls points négatifs : absence de double vitrage (courant d'air frais + mal insonnorisé peut être dérangeant la nuit du fait des nombreux bars du quartier et des engins de déneigement) ; absence de mobiliers extérieurs (dommage de ne pouvoir profiter de ce grand balcon par beau temps).

Location à recommander sans hésiter.
