Location, Location

This apartment is in a great location, the patio is a bonus to sit outside and look at the view after a full day of exploring the city, several food markets and restaurants close by, metro is 10-15 walk to city center. Very easy to get around. Leticia, was very helpful on our arrival, and arranging for our taxi to airport. We would stay there again.

Cozy quarters, lovely terrace, quiet neighborhood

Our family of four enjoyed our week in Barcelona with this lovely apt as our home base. Outside the busy/noisy city center but convenient to train and bus lines. Marc was an excellent host and made check in/check out a breeze. And it is so nice to have the terrace for warm days. All the beds are twin size so this location is good with kids or friends.

Functional & comfortable!

We were a family of six that included three teenagers; we felt comfortable and cozy in this penthouse apartment.

The building is very accessible by public transit. The bus stops in less than 100-feet from the building and it will take you on a 5-min ride to Maria Cristina Metro Station. You could walk three blocks in the opposite direction to Las Tres Torres Metro Station. There were many small grocery stores around to purchase basic food needs or you could order food delivered. This apartment is atop a 6-storey building so it gets good air circulation and natural light. The terrace gave us a nice view of the mountain.

The elevator is small so one has to be careful nothing blocks the door when it closes automatically, otherwise the door will jam; the owners saw it got repaired quickly. It was a pleasure to deal with the owners - Maria and Antonio. They keep their property is good state and very clean; they responded to our queries quickly and ensured we felt comfortable. This was far better than staying in a hotel as it will make you feel at home. I highly recommend this property.

Appartement situé dans un quartier calme, appréciable après une journée dans l'agitation de Barcelone! Bien équipé, avec une super terrasse, il se trouve à proximité du métro, le must !! Très bon accueil et très bon séjour à Barcelone !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Barcelone. Nous étions 6 adultes et un bébé. L appartement est conforme aux photos. Il est très bien équipé. La terrasse est vraiment agréable. Il est bien situé, métro et commerces à proximité. Nous le recommandons vivement.

Apartment in quiet residential area with all amenities within walking distance (supermarket 24/7, bread oven, greengrocers, restaurants and bars, etc.), all exterior rooms and two bathrooms that allow a comfortable life both inside and on the terrace, enjoying the mild Mediterranean climate of the city.
