Quiet, well maintained, clean and comfortable apartment ideally located.

Playa Bahia is located in the most prestigious area of ​​Torre del Mar and people have been known to search the Internet using the block name alone. Known for being always superbly preserved and most importantly quiet - apart from the third week of July - Party time at Torre. Join the Spanish this week and experience your love for the party, be prepared for some evening hours and even later mornings facilities. All are within walking distance, the beach is 2 minutes, the supermarket 4 minutes, restaurants and bars 4 minutes, Thursday market street 5 minutes, the bus station 7 minutes, downtown 5 minutes, La Caleta, with its beautiful Marina 20 minutes. There are 2 golf courses nearby, the closest one is only 8 minutes away by car.

The swimming pool is open from June 1 to September 30 there is also a child friendly pool. A barbecue is located next to the pool with a tennis court area. A shaded is open to all year round owners. The live only 40 minutes and will be there on your arrival to meet you and show you to the apartment, which are always on hand in case you have any problem or doubt.

The air conditioning provides cooling for summer and heating for winter. The cost is included in the price quoted for normal use, however, excessive use will have an additional cost.
