It has a modern open-plan kitchen, good-sized sitting and dining areas, double bedroom with built-in wardrobe and another bedroom sleeping one or two in a bed that can be set up as linked twins, a single or a double - this room too has a built-in wardrobe. The very comfortable Sofa bed in the living room converts quickly and easily into a double bed. The shared roof-top pool (with large shallow area) is under refurbishment during the winter of 2018-19. There's a tree shaded gardens to the front of the apartments with a kiddies playground. Supermarkets, smaller shops, banks and wonderful places to eat are all within a few minutes walk. Central Moraira has real Spanish charm & a warm welcome for visitors. There is secure underground parking with a reserved space at the apartment - a real bonus in a town location as you'll never be searching for a parking space. THE HEART OF MORAIRA TOWN BEATS JUST AS QUICKLY ALL YEAR ROUND, SO IT'S A LOVELY PLACE FOR AN OUT OF SEASON BREAK.
AIRPORT TRANSFERS: If you don't want to drive and want a luxurious and personal service, the owner will be pleased to pick you up at the airport. Groups of up to 4 can be accommodated in a large luxury estate car for €90 each trip. For larger groups a more basic private mini-bus can be arranged for a similar price. Or you can book seats on a commercial mini-bus to and from the airport to the centre of Moraira. They have a desk on the ground floor of the arrivals building at the airport. The drop off in Moraira is a hundred metres from the apartment - I'll give you directions. The cost is €50-60 return per person depending on the time of year. Google: 'Beni Connect Transfers'. For your return journey they will collate your booking with other pick-ups along the coast, so you’ll need to check (by phone in English) the day before the return journey to confirm the exact pick-up time. The vehicles are modern and clean and the service is good.
