This 5 bedroom contemporary villa is set in a stunning location on the North shore of Koh Samui in the Bophut hills within a 5 minute drive of the nearest amenities, and offering incredible views of the sea.
The tasteful décor throughout the villa has been hand picked by the owners who have paid immense attention to detail. The property is light and airy and offers privacy, peace and tranquillity for its guests.
The villa entrance boasts two impressive teak wooden doors that lead onto a stepping stone path that meanders across the beautifully landscaped lush tropical gardens.
A staircase leads up to the main entrance hall where attractive artworks are displayed. From here double doors open up onto the open plan living area with an ‘L’ shaped sofa, flat screen TV with surround sound, DVD player, and where spectacular views can be enjoyed.
Concertina glass doors are set between the living area and outside terrace which open fully to provide the ultimate indoor, outdoor experience. The spacious furnished terrace extends across the width of the living area.
The villa has wireless internet connection.
A modern fully equipped kitchen area with breakfast bar and 4 stools features an electric fan oven, 3 ring gas hob, large fridge/freezer with drinks dispenser, and microwave. The adjacent dining area offers a large teak formal dining table.
The upper level master king size bedroom features an en suite bathroom, his and her sinks, rain shower, office area and the luxury of a balcony. A split level staircase takes you past a large window where incredible views of the lower level can be enjoyed.
A second master king size bedroom is located directly below the first with an en suite bathroom, his and hers sinks, and rain shower. Both of the master bedrooms haven been tastefully decorated with wooden artworks created by an artist from Chiang Mai, and offer the luxury of flat screen TV’s with DVD players and breathtaking views of the garden and sea.
The 3 remaining bedrooms of the villa consist of a double bedroom, and a twin bedroom with en suite shower rooms and the luxury of private balconies. There is also a single bedroom.
Baby cot and high chair are available on request.
The villa has the luxury of air conditioning.
The outside garden area features a furnished terrace, infinity swimming pool with non slip tiles, bar area, large barbecue and dining terrace with beautiful views of the sea perfect to experience the joy of al fresco dining. The villa offers a sun trap haven with plenty of shady retreats.
There is also a shower area and separate WC.
The villa feature private parking for guests use.
The villa is located within a five minute drive of Bophut which is well worth a visit. It is one of Koh Samui's oldest settlements and remains a quaint little fishing village, with several of the seafront shop houses converted into restaurants.
Bophut beach is some two kilometres of white sand, and the tranquillity of the bay makes this a popular spot for water skiing. Located within Bophut is Fisherman's Village, where you will find a charming and romantic atmosphere, perfect for privacy, with a whole array of restaurants and bars to suit all tastes.
Koh Samui is the third largest island in Thailand, located 700 kms south of Bangkok in the Surat Thani province. Roughly circular in shape the island measures some 21 kms at its widest point and 25 kms at its longest. Characterised by powdery white sand beaches and crystal clear waters, the island is abundant in natural resources, lush tropical gardens, coral reef and coconuts.
Koh Samui has more to offer than just sun and sand, there are plenty of attractions and activities for sightseers, adventurers and sports enthusiasts alike. Organised elephant treks, Jeep safaris and bike tours are all fun ways to see the islands numerous attractions including the Hin Ta & Hin Yai (Grandmother & Grandfather Rocks), The Big Buddha Shrine, Butterfly Garden, Crocodile Farm, Samui Aquarium & Tiger Zoo and various waterfalls which make great picnic spots.
For the more energetic windsurfing, kayaking, fishing, scuba diving, snorkelling, tennis and badminton and are all popular activities and a visit to the Ang Thong National Marine Park (archipelago consisting of 42 islands) with its limestone formations, tropical rainforest and caves is highly recommended.
