This beautiful 42m² apartment located in the city centre of Mayenne is ideal for 2 people. Located on the 4th floor, accessible by lift, you can enjoy the fully equipped apartment and its large terrace.

You have a private and secure parking space in the basement.
For your comfort, household linen (sheets, towels, tea towels) is provided.

Housing :
When you enter the apartment, you will discover on your right the large living room, opposite is the bedroom and on the left is the bathroom. In the living room you will have a kitchen area with all the necessary equipment (oven, coffee maker, microwave, hotplates, dishwasher, electric kettle. . . ), a lounge area facing the large bay windows and the balcony with small outdoor table. The bathroom has an Italian shower, sink, toilet. The room has a 140x190 bed.

Other remarks
Reservations for 2 persons include the use of the double bed only. If you need or want 2 separate beds (bed + sofa bed) you have to specify it and a supplement of 40€ for the stay will be charged upon reservation.

Ideally located, Le Mancini is in the city centre, close to shops. 3min walk from the castle and its park. The station is 15 minutes walk away.

Centrally located 4th floor apartment with balcony

The apartment was very clean and smart with all equipment with a lovely balcony overlooking Gambetta Place and a good view of the town. Just right for 2 people. It would be nice to have a small table and chairs for sitting on the balcony, and maybe a standard lamp for reading so that the main lights could be turned off. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Appartement bien situé et calme. Accès facile pour visiter les différents sites du département. Accueil agréable de la proprietaire. Petit bémol : ouverture de la porte de l'appartement pas évident.
