The owner's stylish eye for detail has ensured the very best accommodation standard with each bedroom having its own theme. House provided all amenities promised and required. Very convenient fairly level walk into Conwy. A couple of things needed fixing but no major problem.
The house was ideally situated for us and the accommodation and furnishings were of a high standard. There was plenty of information about places to visit and dine out at. We had a relaxed and extremely enjoyable holiday in Conwy.
Had a lovely weekend with the family at Moss Bank House. The weather was great which made all the difference. The house is well positioned with lovely views over Conwy, the rooms are well proportioned and there was plenty of space for the 6 adults, a toddler and baby. On the downside, there were only a couple of minor things. For example it would have been nice to have been met on arrival and a small welcome pack would have been good. We had brought some supplies with us but had not brought milk or coffee so had to go out to the shops before we could have.a cuppa.
Otherwise it was a great weekend, plenty to do locally and we would definitely book again
A lovely house, perfectly situated near the restaurants and shops of Conway, but tucked away where it is quiet. Great views of the castle. Plenty of room for our group of 7 adults and 2 dogs. Close to lovely walking on Conway mountain and only 15 mins away from surf snowdonia.
Moss bank house is in a perfect location - not right in town where it might be noisy, but near enough for an easy stroll down to the Albion pub and the archway chip shop. Also walking distance to Conway mountain with its spectacular views and wild ponies.
The accommodation was perfect for 7 adults and two dogs. There are two enclosed and well maintained gardens, four well sized bedrooms and an open plan kitchen diner giving good "flow" while cooking/eating. The decor is lovely with very clever use of space in the bedrooms. Homely but not cluttered. And of course a view of Conway castle while you sip, your first glass of wine sitting in the garden. Everything you need for a short or long break in the area.
We wanted to be near surf snowdonia which it is - only 15 mins away. Another well organised attraction well worth a visit.
His was a rare all family weekend, many different people and ages to please, but this managed it. Beautiful house, great location. Only downside was difficult access, especially in the rain, as I have poor mobility
