A typical luminous and spacious apartment, centrally located on top of one of Lisbon's hills well served by public transportation available within walking distance.

Dinning room sitting six people, 3 Bedrooms, two double, one with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms, one with bathtub, one with shower, open plan living room and fully equipped kitchen.

Wi-Fi is available as well as TV with portuguese and international channels.

Hair dryer, Clothes Airer Dryer, iron and ironing board available.

Pleasant and cosy décor with a large open plan living room and Kitchen, leading into a meal conservatory opening up to the big terrace with amazing view of the City's green park reserve "Monsanto".

All the floor plan is accessible to our guests.

the big terrace is exclusive to the apartment where you can enjoy a nice meal in the shade or even a drink watching the beautiful sunsets over Monsanto Park

Communication with or guests is is made by email and phone. Arrivals are organised with previously agreed check-in time and phone number exchange.

What makes this apartment unique

The apartment is in a small city building with a lovely vintage facade.

The main entry with marble steps followed by hardwood stairs and iron cast railings add to the charisma of Lisbon's traditional architecture.

The main area allows for a family living with its open space. You can be cooking in the open kitchen and be in a conversation with the rest of the family in the sunny dinning room or at the living room.

All te space is fluid and open to enjoy.

The apartment is located in a typical neighbourhood near cultural offers and enjoyable places.

very close is the "aqueduto das aguas livres", the iconic aqueduct structure with possibility to have a guided walk on it's very top with breathtaking views of the city.

with a 10 minute walk you can get to the "Parque Eduardo VI", a green park and garden in the city Centre where you can see all of the City valley, the river Tejo, the towering castle, all through the South Bank with a view that extends forever into the horizon.

Next are the "Estufa Fria", a tropical greenhouse with lots of plants, trees and birds all within the park. Also a bit further there is the Gulbenkian Museum and garden with lots of cultural events, from Theatre, Music, Art exhibitions and open air concerts.
