Old Hollywood Spanish style HOME/remodeled and updated duplex located in a quiet residential neighborhood, away from noisy Sunset Blvd and crowded apartment buildings. Then swept in Los Angeles to live a very magical life in the hills and beach of our fabulous city. Met everyone.. did everything.. loved every minute. And so will you. I have worked as a party planner -- so no request will seem too detailed and I want you to call on me to help you seek the best of our fair city. I am now an interior designer and love to make people happy with style and comfort.

I raised my daughter in this house and started a little business making baby shoes. The business grew and we moved to Santa Barbara. We loved it here and found the neighborhood charming and safe, I never want to sell this house. We poured much love into the remodel and will always keep this home for friends and relatives that need their LA Home!

Notes:
Santa Monica Blvd is to the north about 2 blocks and gateway to famous restaurants and celebrity haunts. A short drive to La Cienega Blvd.- and restaurant row. Sunset Blvd is only 5 blocks north for famed Sunset Strip, Hollywood Blvd. is 7 minutes away for stars Walk of Fame and Hollywood and Highland. We are located right in the middle of what is really happening in Los Angeles. I could go on for days to tell you about all the cool things to do ... Robertson Blvd is the hip area. We just down the street off of Melrose Avenue, where there are dozens of boutiques, cafes and salons.

Charming in a great location

The property is charming with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, nice size kitchen. The beds were comfortable. Huge closets and plenty of storage space in drawers and closets. All appliances and utensils, pots and pans - everything you need to function was in the home. Nice quiet neighborhood overall. This eco-friendly property is located in an excellent location of West Hollywood just off Melrose and within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. A few details that need a little TLC: the couch is just fair in comfort and the pillows were tattered and need new covers. There were throw rugs throughout the home on top of the hard wood floors but a few in the kitchen are trip hazards. There seems to be a plumbing issue and the pipes were very loud - random loud noises every 20-30 minutes. The plumber came to fix what he deemed an insulation problem between the pipes below the house but the noise continued some after he left. Overall, however, it was a charming space and location and the owner was quick to respond when concern was expressed about the noisy pipes. Despite the noisy pipe issue that was fixed, this is a roomy and charming space in a great location! Would definitely recommend this property - in fact, already did to a friend in LA. There was a great restaurant nearby called Blue Jam Cafe - don't miss their signature french toast! Would go back for sure!

Vista Casa is everything and more then what you see in the photos!

Treesa, the landlord, did a magnificent job decorating this rental, leaving no stone unturned!! The furniture is beautiful and comfortable and the unit was maintained very well. The neighbourhood is extremely safe and there was a lovely community feeling with the neighbours I met.

Treesa, was always available to answer any questions, which was very comforting!

Thank you for a wonderful stay in LA!

In many years of experience with holiday apartments I have never encountered such a beautifully decorated, well-kept and amicably managed home. Treesa's knowhow in interior decoration is noticeable in every detail, and in addition she was a perfect host, quickly responding to any of our requests.

The location is perfect: far enough from the avenues' traffic but near enough to enjoy the shops and restaurants: Farmer's Market, The Grove are a few minutes' drive. A secret hint: "The Shaky Alibi" has just gorgeous waffles!
