Located in a quiet and much sought-after suburb on the outskirts of Lagos, just 750 m walking distance from Porto de Mós beach, 2 km from the Lagos Old Town Walls and 1.7km to the nearest supermarket (Intermarché).
Perfect for group bookings or families, the villa boasts 5 bedrooms to sleep 10 in the main house plus a 2-bedroom apartment to sleep 6 on the lower ground floor, and the added option of another bedroom to sleep 4 (fitted with 2 double beds). The annex (in the basement of the main house) has its own entrance so can be completely separate, but it is never rented out separately and only let to guests renting the main house.
Families with children and/or adolescents are welcome, but please note for group bookings the minimum age must be 25 years. Please note the annex has an additional cost so please enquire for prices.
At the front of the villa, security gates open onto the driveway and garden with exotic palms, citrus trees and an ornamental fountain.
To the rear, the grounds are equally luscious and well established and there are charcoal barbecues available. The tiled pool is approx. 13m x 5m with a Jacuzzi area at the end.
There is also an amazing outdoor covered dining area with a complete outdoor kitchen with 2 big gas grills. There is a large oak dining table to seat 16 at one end and at the other a shower / WC for guests using the pool and a utility room with sink, washing machine and dryer.
Another covered outdoor terrace off the lounge has a 9-seater corner sofa, plus a 2-seater sofa, arm chairs and a large coffee table, all of which are good quality rattan.There are also additional chairs in the outdoor area.
As you enter the villa through double doors, look up at the galleried landing above with its extremely high ceiling and large west facing windows. The spacious living room & dining area has a cool cream décor and benefits from 4 sets of patio doors which all lead out to the pool. There is also a large flat screen smart TV. The villa offers Cable TV and wireless internet, which extends through the whole house as
well as outdoors.
The Kitchen, which has patio doors leading out to the pool, has AEG appliances including an induction hob, extractor, dishwasher, microwave and oven. There are fridges in total so plenty of space for food and drinks for everyone, one with an ice maker. There are 3 bedrooms on this floor as well as a separate WC.
Bed 1 – Ground floor - Double, fitted wardrobes & patio doors to the side terrace.
Bed 2 – Ground floor - Spacious room, double bed, 3-seater reclining sofa, free standing mirrored wardrobes, further fitted wardrobes in the entrance hall & large en-suite with shower cubicle, separate Hydrotherapy bath with shower, WC and Vanity unit.
Bed 3 – Ground floor- Twin beds pushed together, patio doors out to the orchard /citrus garden, plus windows to the front garden, en-suite with Shower, WC and vanity unit.
Two flights of marble stairs with a wrought iron leaf design balustrade lead to the first floor. There is a TV lounge with large flat screen TV, sofas and armchair. A full wall of patio windows lead out to a terraced seating area which overlooks the pool. There is an awning to offer welcome shade from the midday sun. To the right the gallery landing looks out through the two large windows to the front garden, or down onto the entrance. On this floor are two further bedrooms.
Bed 4 – first floor – Twin beds pushed together, fitted wardrobes, patio doors to terrace overlooking pool, ensuite with Hydrotherapy bath, vanity unit & WC.
Bed 5 – first floor – Large double, fitted wardrobes, patio doors to terrace and French window to side, ensuite suite with hydrotherapy bath, WC, bidet and vanity unit.
On the lower ground floor there is an internal glass sided feature garden, plus the games room, as well as the ANNEXE APARTMENT:
The Annex apartment consists of an open plan dining kitchen lounge with oak dining table for 6, kitchen with fridge freezer, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, extractor, dishwasher, toasters & kettle, lounge, TV console, large flat screen TV and patio doors to the terrace. There is 1 bathroom with bath, WC and vanity unit.
Bed 6 – Annexe, twin room with 2 single beds pushed together.
Bed 7 – A very large double bedroom with 2 double beds. For larger groups of up to 20 there is an extra bedroom available on this lower
floor. A large bedroom with 2 double beds; 160 cm each. Please note there is no window in this room.

POOL HEATING IS NOW AVAILABLE AT AN ADDITIONAL COST OF €150 PER WEEK
In the PEAK season 2, from 14 July to 31 August, the house is rented with 7 bedrooms already included. If you require the 8 bedroom villa, please enquire for the price.
From April to the end of September bookings run from Saturday to Saturday
In October through to March, the minimum rental is reduced to 5 days but either the arrival or the departure day must be on a Saturday / Sunday.
