Situated in the Evelix area just half a mile from outside Dornoch. Within a short (10 minute) walk of the town centre.
Drumdiven annex is a semi-detached traditional style farmhouse now renovated to a very high standard into a modern and comfortable holiday home.
Set in a large open garden the house offers uniterrupted views to the south of open countryside toward the Dornoch Firth.
Lounge- a 3 and 2 seat leather settee and arm chair, TV with freeview channels, electric fire.
Kitchen-Modern kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine/dryer, ample cutlery, crockery, glassware, pots, pans and utensils for 6 guests.
Bathroom - family bathroom with bath with electric shower, sink and toilet. heated towel rail.
Bedroom 1 - double bed, beside cabinets with lamps, build in wardrobe, chest of drawers, wall mirror.
Bedroom 2 - double bed, chest of drawers, built in wardrobe, wall mirror.
Bedroom 3 - 2 single beds, bedside cabinets with lamps, built in wardrobe, wall mirror.
The house has underfloor & central heating throughout.
Outside There is a small south facing patio with picnic table and chairs.
W-Fi internet is included at no extra cost.
Parking for 2 cars to the side of the house.
All bed linen, towels and electricity is included in the price.
The holiday home is stocked with a starter supply of washing up liquid, toilet rolls, and other kitchen and bathroom supplies.
A deposit of 25% of the total tariff is requested in advance. The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday (or by arrangement for short notice bookings).
No smoking is permitted within the holiday home.
A refundable security deposit of £50 will be required as part of your final balance payment.

The location is great and the cottage is in a great condition. It is just a short walk to the city of Dornoch where you find all that you need for your daily needs. The rooms were spacious enough and the equipment very new.
Would book it again if i go back to the northern Highlands.
Has to be the best holiday cottage in the north of Scotland.

Excellent ,very easy to find good access from main A9 ,quiet ,good views.never been that far North before,it never got dark, lots of wildlife seals etc nearby
As a family of four we had a wonderful stay in good clean accommodation with all the necessary requirements. Well fitted out and comfortable. Host was extremely friendly and helpful. Would recommend highly to anyone
Turn off the A9 onto the A949 toward Dornoch. Continue through Canmore and as you leave you will see Drumdiven Annex is the brown stone built house on your right. If you pass Dornoch Academy School on your left you have gone 200 metres too far.
