Excellent apartment in a good location

My wife and I stayed for a month at this apartment in Benalmadena and thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

It wasn't a holiday for us, more a fact finding mission as we were relocating to Spain and needed to begin the residency process.

The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped and is in a good location, 5 minutes from a large supermarket, 10 minutes to a large shopping area and a further 8 to 10 from the coast. All of that is downhill so there are a couple of longish hauls on the way back!

we were met by Jesus at the apartment and he explained everything to my wife, an Argentinian , so no problems with the language. He knows English in any event.

We had initial issues with the wifi but this was corrected by Jesus.

Nothing else to add, no reason not to recommend to single travellers or couples.

sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit Frühstück, Tiefgarage und Balkon

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr modern. Zudem war alles sauber. Von den Nachbarn hört man nicht viel. Die Kommunikation war wegen der Sprachbarriere ein bisschen holprig, aber sehr nette Vermieterin. Alles wie angegeben vorhanden. Beim Auschecken darauf achten, dass die Tür zur Tiefgarage angelehnt/offen ist - sonst kommt man nicht zu seinem Auto oder aus der Wohnanlage.
