Centrally located to numerous places around Windermere

  • 4 of 5

The property was clean and tidy upon arrival. There was adequate room for all 10 guests to spread out, and not feel tight for space.

I would add that the cutlery cupboard could do with a really good sort out, but we eventually found everything we needed.

It would be nice if a small welcome book could be left at the property, just taxi firms, restaurant recommendations etc.

The house was centrally located to numerous places we needed to visit, Windermere, Stavely etc.

I would definitely stay with a big group again.

A fantastic location, homely accommodation and a wonderful owner!

  • 5 of 5

The owner was very helpful and answered all of our queries, which is really saying something because we had a lot! She provided us with clear instructions and directions on how to reach the property and how to gain entry.

The property was clean and cosy. There were 13 of us and the place was definitely large enough to fit us in and provide for us. A few of us even got lost when walking around. The rooms were large and nicely set out. The two kitchens were filled with cutlery and appliances. The bathrooms were clean and well presented.

All in all, I would definitely recommend this place to all. The property was perfect for our needs, as we were a large group, and the owner was a pleasure to deal with.
