Nice apartment in Palma 5 minutes from downtown!

It is a second floor completely renovated and equipped with lots of windows and therefore very bright!

It has two bedrooms with double bed.

Two bathrooms (one en suite) fully equipped.

Living room with TV and up to 4 seater sofa.

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and refrigerator.

Laundry room with washing machine and space to hang clothes outside.

Study desk with large windows.

Floor conditioning with heating and air conditioning fully distributed.

The apartment is located 5 minutes from the main railway transportation, tourist train of Sóller, the main square of Palma ... Moreover it is right next to one of the greenest parks in Palma for jogging or walking. It is also a 5-minute walk from the shopping area Avenues where are the principles shops (Cote Ingles, Zara, Mango ... etc)

It is 15 minutes' walk from the historic center of Palma (Cathedral, Palau de l'Almudaina, Cort, Jewish Call, Banys Arabs ...)

The flat is well connected with the life of the city, and is located in a quiet residential street which is easy to find somewhere to park the car.

Es una casa perfecta y tiene de todo que puedas necesitar. La decoración es genial.

La única pega es que queda un poco lejos del centro, pero en taxi llegas bastante rápido.

Just one minute walking distance you will find an entry in the Parc de les Estacions park linking the city center with several surrounding neighborhoods. You can also take the bike path and cycling or skating right from there to address several areas of the city or to nearby beaches also.

For a walk in the center you will find several routes for different purposes (shopping, bars, museums, etc.) very affordable for all kinds of traveler.

The Bellver Castle is also very visited and located just 6km from the apartment.

Highly recommended to visit villages of coast and interior of the island (the public transport may be helped but it is quite advisable to rent a car / motorcycle for this purpose).

The station par excellence of visitors to the Balearic Islands is the versno but I must say that both in summer and in all other seasons there are innumerable things to do and each has its charm.

It is advisable to visit your pages before arrival of interest for different activities to perform web. I myself can suggest you some.
