Quality for the family Enjoy the sea and the pool (open 24 hours a day all year), in a quiet and very sunny environment, promenade with restaurants, beach bars, caves with views, bike ride, horseback riding, diving, surf school, Two-seater paramotor rides, etc.

Perfect for family holiday

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home in Rincón de la Victoria. The location was perfect -- close to the beach and grocery stores -- and not too crowded. Claudio was a warm, welcoming host and his home provided everything we needed for a family holiday.

Just Perfect!

A perfect short break, wonderful owners who picked us up from the airport.

The apartment , area & weather were all perfect & it was great to have the use of a pool.

The break was my mothers 70th birthday surprise from her family & the owners had a wonderful chocolate birthday cake waiting for us, they are very kind people.

This apartment is home from home and has everything you need.

we would 100% stay again.

A great apartment with exceptional landlords

Claudio and is wife were very helpful and went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable. The apartment is well equipped and well located. The pool was a highlight.

Restaurants don't open between 4-8pm in the summer which makes fining with a baby difficult but the cooking facilities were ample.

Appartement propre et lumineux

Nous avons beaucoup aimé cet appartement très propre et situé à 10 minutes à pied de la plage, réputée pour être une des plus belles de la région (son trottoir étant un endroit très agréable pour la course à pied).

L'accueil très chaleureux de Patricia a beaucoup contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié prendre l'apéro sur la terrasse ainsi que de profiter de la piscine. Il est aisé de rayonner à partir de cette localisation pour se rendre à Malaga (20 min), Nerja, Mijas ou Frigiliana. Plusieurs commerces tels que épiceries, pharmacies et restos sont situés à proximité et facilement accessibles à pied. Seul petit bémol : la salle de bain de la chambre des maîtres ne sentait pas très bon, mais la propriétaire nous a indiqué qu'il s'agissait d'une situation ponctuelle.

En résumé, voici un appartement que mon conjoint et le couple qui était avec nous, recommandons chaudement.

Zeer vriendelijke eigenaren van mooi appartement

Mooi en goed onderhouden appartement op loopafstand van het strand/supermarkt. De ligweide bij het zwembad is aan kleine kant. Claudio en Patricia zijn zeer behulpzaam.

Voldoende winkels, tapasbars, bodega's en visrestaurants in de omgeving.
