Chic Riverview One Bedroom Apartment

This stunning One Bed Apartment is in a new building with great views from its 8th floor balcony directly across the gardens and towards the River Thames. This is a spacious apartment with Lounge, dining area, well equipped kitchen and bathroom.

This superb, bright One Bedroom Apartment is located in a very new development with floor to ceiling windows and its own balcony overlooking the relaxing gardens and waterfalls of the development and towards Battersea Park - one of London's best known open spaces - and also enjoys views over the River Thames by Chelsea Bridge. The spacious apartment is beautifully furnished in contemporary style with hardwood floors and has a good size Lounge, dining area, well-equipped kitchen, wonderful bathroom and a great bedroom with a very comfortable bed. The bedroom has a wide, sliding door - enabling you to open the lounge up to an even larger area. The bedroom also has a separate entrance. One or two quality airbeds can be provided on request for a 3rd and 4th guest.

Quality Egyptian Cotton sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases are provided, along with high quality towels. Housekeeping weekly is included in our rates but you can arrange it more frequently, if you prefer, for a small surcharge.

Your apartment is very well appointed with flat screen TV, Freeview channels, FREE Wifi and cable internet, storage space, fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, washer/dryer, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, glassware and more. The Lounge has a very comfortable "L" shape sofa and coffee table. There are chairs and a table for the balcony.

The apartment is located on the eighth floor of this building and overlooks the internal gardens and fountains of Chelsea bridge Wharf (shown in our photos), which are very quiet. Chelsea Bridge Wharf is off Queentown Road (an extension of Chelsea Bridge Road). There is a lift from the Ground Floor entrance to all floors - including to the underground car park, where you can park you car overnight at normal central London parking cost - around GBP 24.00.

For getting around central London, this is a great base. A 5 minute walk will take you to Battersea Park station, which has very frequent trains just 1 stop (and 3 minutes) to London Victoria - in walking distance of Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, Houses of Parliament, Whitehall, St. James's Park, Horseguards Parade and Trafalgar Square. From Victoria you can also take a direct tube to Embankment for Trafalgar square and Covent Garden and to Tower Hill for the Tower of London and Tower Bridge.

As an alternative, Sloane Square tube station is an 11 minute walk from the apartment (or a 7 minute bus ride from right outside the apartment) across Chelsea Bridge. The Royal Hospital Chelsea is even closer - just a couple of minutes' walk across Chelsea Bridge and King's Road Chelsea, with its fascinating and unique boutiques and antiques shops is also an easy walk.

The building is adjacent to the Pestana Chelsea Bridge Hotel and you can make use of this 4 star hotel's many facilities, including restaurant, bar and coffee shops. A pleasant garden walkway links your apartment to the hotel and, along the way, there is a supermarket - The Market Place - with everything you are likely to need during your stay. The Market Place also serves a wide selection of coffees, pastries and sandwiches to take away.

When you want to get out and walk around, do cross the road outside to explore Battersea Park, where many events take place during the course of each year. Battersea Park is home to the Millenium Arena, which houses a running track and much more plus a fitness centre. Battersea Park Zoo is also a great treat for the children. If you enjoy walking along the river, you can walk up towards Chelsea bridge and drop down the stairs to do just that in a wide open space with seating, if you just want to pause and watch the world go by.

A security deposit of GBP 300.00 is required on arrival. this is fully refundable after your departure assuming no damages occur in the apartment during your stay.
