An elegant 3 bedroom apartment in the imposing Avon Castle dating back to the 1870's with an amazing feeling of light and space due to its high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows offering beautiful views of the grounds and river. Accommodation comprises a stunning drawing room which was formerly the Ballroom with the benefit of a 55" smart Apple TV +Xbox1, a separate sitting room with circular dining room located in the base of the turret. The kitchen/conservatory has an array of integrated appliances including a steam oven, baking oven, roasting oven and microwave. There is an American style fridge/freezer, Hotpoint washer/dryer and double dishwasher as well as a feature wood burner together with a second dining table. The mezzanine bedroom is accessed by a spiral staircase and has a bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and shower cubicle with multi jets below. There is another family bathroom, one twin bedded room and another double with additional day bed and trundle bed for an extra guest or child. Enjoying Wifi throughout the apartment. Guests can enjoy dining al fresco on their private terrace looking down to the river frontage complete with fishing rights as part of a shared 7 acre garden area.

This beautiful apartment is within walking/cycling distance of Moors Valley Country Park. It is set in beautiful grounds beside the river with bird watching and sights of wildlife. Ringwood town is a ten minute drive away with a variety of shops and eating places. Bournemouth is only 20 minutes drive for a larger shopping area. A must visit is Christchurch ski centre at Matchams with skiing, ringos snowboarding and a lovely large restaurant.
