A luxurious, beautiful apartment, air conditioned and with use of shared pool.

We have available for rent a luxurious, ground floor apartment in the "Venus" building located in the exclusive Bellresguard area.

It is a good sized apartment (152.74 m2) as well as a terrace of 29.41 m2 and a private garden of 61.02 m2.

It consists of 3 double bedrooms (2 of these contain a super king size bed and the other bedroom has twin beds), 2 bathrooms (en-suite with bath tub and shower, master bathroom with walk in shower), living/dining room, modern kitchen and utility room. It also has air conditioning throughout the apartment, a safe, electrically powered blinds, travertine marble floors and tiles.

There is a gorgeous community pool (shared between 18 apartments), covered parking and excellent wireless internet connection.

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped to a very high standard.

The bedding and towels are of the finest quality to meet the high standards of our demanding clients.

The garden/terrace area contains 6 sun loungers, an outdoor table and chairs plus outdoor sofa area and looks out on a pretty pond and beautiful landscaped gardens. It is a perfect place to relax and soak up some sun.

The apartment is a small walk from the nearest bars, restaurants, famous pine walk and beach area.

The apartment is perfect for families and the apartment itself has a cot, highchair, baby rocker along with a good selection of toys, games, books and DVDs for children. Please note that those with children should be careful whilst staying in the Bellresguard area as there are a number of open ponds and swimming pools within the complex.

Puerto Pollensa is a very popular area for cyclists and we have a secure, undercover rear terrace perfect for storing your bicycles and equipment.

About Alexia

My husband and I have owned this property since 2005 after both of us grew up holidaying in Puerto Pollensa. We love the area as much now as we did when we were children! We now live in the South of France with our two young children.

Just returned from our second stay at this wonderful apartment. The apartment is in the best location in Puerto Pollensa. The apartment and grounds are beautifully kept and the apartment is modern with luxury fittings with plenty of extras to keep the children happy. Even in August we had the pool to ourselves most days. We will definitely be returning to this apartment and Puerto Pollensa.

Perfect Spot!

Spent a few days here in late May. Perfect location. Quiet and relaxing, away from the bustling area of Porta Pollensa but great to walk into the quaint town along the 'pine walk' with many restaurants and excellent eating places. Could have done with a fortnight as there was plenty to see and do in the surrounding area. Car hire bit dearer than last year but expected that due to the island being very popular destination this year. Apartment was clean and spacious and contained everything we needed for a great holiday. It certainly ticked all our boxes as a perfect base for our stay on this lovely island! Will certainly return!

Spacious A* Apartment

We have rented this excellent positioned well equipped apartment for several years . We have always found it clean and very well maintained. The owners have always ensured any requests are met. Gardens and pool areas are very quiet and in good repair. The complex is in an excellent position for the Pine Walk and the mountain views .

Perfect Place to stay in Puerto Pollenca

We have stayed in this apartment every year for the past 5 years , it never disappoints. The owner is extremely helpful and efficient in dealing with any queries , questions you may have. The apartment is beautifully kept and standards have not changed in all the time we have been going . The pool is also well maintained. We tend to go out of season ( beginning of sept ) and find it very peaceful and quiet in the vicinity of the apartment. It is within walking distance of all the shops , restaurants and beaches , yet you also feel that you are a little distance from all the hustle and bustle of the main town . I would without doubt recommend this property to a friend or relative , I would say book early as when we have left it late , availability can be limited , it always seems to have more bookings than other apartments , probably because it is competitively priced. Cannot fault it.

Our favourite place to rent in Pt Pollensa!

We have visited the Port for the last 11 years and five of those we have stayed in this apartment. It is a lovely place to stay and Alexia takes all the stress out of booking our family holiday. We hope to come back and stay for many more years to come!

Wonderful apartment, amazing PP.

My family had a fantastic time in this apartment during the Summer. The apartment is about 45 mins from the airport and it was a very easy and scenic journey. The apartment was clean and tidy and was beautifully furnished containing absolutely everything we needed for a great stay. The kitchen is really well equipped and there was plenty of everything in particular the selection of toys, games and dvds etc saved us on the one rainy afternoon which we encountered during our stay. The beds were super comfy (which is hard to find in a rental property) and the owners obviously pay great attention to detail. After arriving late at night, the welcome pack containing tea, coffee, bread, milk and other essentials was really useful. The children had such fun in the pool and made lots of friends. Overall the area was absolutely perfect for families - all the restaurants are so child friendly and plenty to do (we visited caves, went to the local markets, had a trip to the water park in nearby Alcudia, took out pedalos, hired a boat for the day, went biking, visited vineyards and lots more)! Booking in and all requests were quickly dealt with and my security deposit was swiftly returned to me on my return home. We will definitely be back - a fabulous and memorable holiday. Thank you!

Puerto Pollensa is arguably one of the prettiest areas of Mallorca. It is situated on a large, sheltered bay with the spectacular scenery of the Tramuntana mountain range.

Puerto Pollensa is extremely popular with families with its beautiful safe beaches and array of child friendly restarants.

The famous pine walk which leads from the Illa D'Or hotel to the marina. It is a scenic, pedestrianised walk with the sandy beaches and gleaming sea on one side and small restaurants, bars and cafes on the other.

There is a beautiful marina with boats big and small and from here you are able to take boat rides to other areas along the coastline.

It is just (an easy) 45 minute drive from the airport. Puerto Pollensa will have everything that you want in a holiday.

The apartment is situated within the exclusive Bellresguard complex. It is a beautiful, sought-after area and the pinewalk, beaches, marina, restaurants, shops, supermarket etc are all within walking distance. There is also a small supermarket with bar and restaurant found on-site within the complex.

It is a perfect area for children and adults alike.

- Weekly rental of apartment in GBP including all relevant taxes and fees
- Towels (house) and linen - beach towels are not included and can be rented for an additional cost.
- Cleaning prior to use and on your departure
- Mid stay clean if your stay is for 14 night or more
- All water and electricity costs

Normal rental period is from Saturday to Saturday but during off-peak times you may be able to book for other starting and ending days - contact us for availability.

Legal note: The property is rented under the article 4.3 of the Law of Urban Leasing for use other than usual housing. It is not a touristic rental and no touristic services are offered or included.

- 25% deposit is payable on booking
- Balance is payable 8 weeks before arrival date.
- A refundable deposit of £500 is payable 8 weeks before arrival date to cover any damages/excessive cleaning. This will be immediately repaid in full if the apartment is left as you found it!
