Well equipped house with beautiful views and great hosts

We received a warm personal welcome from hosts Joan and Gloria despite arriving late in the evening. Everything was ready for us including breakfast for the following morning. Kitchen extras such as oil, seasonings, dishwasher tablets are provided as well as plenty of beach towels. There is also an extensive library of Balearic culture and history which is really interesting and view from the kitchen an terrace is perfect for watching the sun set, boats come and go and people pass by.

The beaches directly across the road are beautiful and shelve very gently in one place where the water is so warm.

Supermarkets, cycle hire and everything we needed was within walking distance as well as being able to get to Palma via the cycle path. For travelling further afield the bus stop isn't far away. For us the neighbourhood was the perfect mix of cafes, bars and great restaurants without feeling like a holiday resort.

Overall a great place for a holiday away from the masses of English tourists, even in August and we would definitely recommend staying here.

Amazing location and view across Palma bay

Thanks, Gloria and Joan. The check-in and departure were both really easy and relaxed. And your home is spectacular, very cool design. We loved sitting on the front terrace and watching the sea, sunsets and roller-bladers. Lots of restaurants nearby and an easy cycle into the centre of Palma. Great holiday, thanks.

Excellent location, close to all amenities.

The proximity to the beach and local restuarants was excellent.. The local supermarket and high street with banks, shops and buss connection to Palma was a 5-10 min walk. The Villa had everything you need to live comfortably during your stay, spacious bedrooms, bathrooms and lounge, not to mention the well equipped kitchen with a fantastic sea view. The hosts were available and went out of their way to cater for our every needs.. Would highly recommend this rental and I am certain it would not be a dissappointment.

Great accomodation

Beautiful house close to the beach. Great terass, wonderful view.

Near Palma city and easy to go to the city center by bus. You can also walk by the sea to Palma, it takets about 45-60 minutes. Joan and Gloria was very helpful, thank you.

Härligt boende nära Palma. Precis bredvid strandpromenaden ligger denna fina bostad med terass. 2 badstränder ligger inom någon minuts avstånd. Utsikten är fantastisk, man ser ut över Palma city och dess fantastiska katedral. Närhet till buss in till city eller om man vill promenera in så kan man gå strandpromenaden, det tar ca 45-60 minuter. Mycket hjälpsamt värdpar. Allt toppen!

The house has a perfect location, overlooking the beach and close to restaurants with only bicycles and roller-skaters in front. It is 5km walking or cycling from the centre of Palma. The terrace is huge with both sun and shade. Do not forget to take binoculars - the view is magnificent. The house itself is on beautiful with lots of books - most in Spanish and great paintings. Everything is of the highest standard.

The airport is at 5 km but the noise at the back is not disturbing if you sleep with the windows closed.

Joan and Gloria are very friendly hosts and made our stay a dream holiday.
