About the property STUNNING VICTORIAN TOWN HOUSE WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF THE HARBOUR - SLEEPS 6 2 This superb terraced property has been lovingly fitted and furnished yet still boasts an array of original features. Nestling in backstreet designated part of a conservation area and within a short stroll of the historic harbour it offers a great taste of laid-back seaside living. The small but bustling town of Brixham is renowned for its pretty harbour a perfect spot for enjoying water sports or trying your hand at crabbing offers a choice of beach and also boasts an open-air sea water lido at Shoalstone. Surrounding this an assortment of colourful cottages housing seafood restaurants cafés shops and pubs. Head out and explore the rest of the English Riviera with an abundance of sandy beaches to explore or just taking the foot ferry to Torquay. If an active holiday is more your style then there are plenty of things to keep you busy ranging from golf walking and cycling. Other attractions within easy reach include Kents Cavern Paignton Zoo Living Coast Quay West Plymouth and Exeter. The accommodation offers FOUR bedrooms: 1 king-size with original Victorian chaise longue and 1 double on the first floor. 2 twins with reduced headroom on the second floor and accessed via steep steps from the first floor. Bathroom: with bath and separate shower. Separate WC. Lounge/diner: with TV/DVD and two open fireplaces. Snug/landing: with TV and Nintendo Wii on the second floor and adjacent to the twin bedrooms. Kitchen: with electric range oven and gas hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and tumble dryer. Utility room: with washing machine and WC. Outside: enclosed elevated patio area with garden furniture and chiminea with small BBQ grill accessed by steep steps from the back of the property. Amenities: private allocated parking for 1 car and additional roadside parking can be found nearby. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. 1 well-behaved dog welcome (please kindly ensure that kept on the ground floor using the stair-gate provided). Regret no smoking. Additional info: the owner is a qualified water sports instructor and as such it is possible to arrange lessons and even days out from the harbour (please liaise directly with the owner regarding). Location: beach pubs and shops and all within walking distance. Arrival: 4pm.
