The small but bustling town of Brixham is renowned for its pretty harbour a perfect spot for enjoying water sports or trying your hand at crabbing. There s also a beach and an open-air sea water lido at Shoalstone. Surrounding this is an assortment of colourful cottages housing seafood restaurants cafés shops and pubs. You can explore the rest of the English Riviera with an abundance of sandy beaches or just take the foot ferry to Torquay. If an active holiday is more your style then there are plenty of things to keep you busy including golf walking and cycling. Other attractions within easy reach include Kents Cavern Paignton Zoo Living Coast Quay West Plymouth and Exeter. On entering this stunning Victorian townhouse you will find yourself in the charming open-plan lounge/diner. With a TV/DVD and two open fireplaces (one with a wood burner) the cosy lounge is a great space for relaxation. The attractive and light dining area is ideal whether you re enjoying a snack or sitting down to a special meal. Heading into the stylish kitchen you will find everything you may need including an electric range oven and gas hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and tumble dryer. The washing machine and an extra WC are located in the utility room. Heading up to the first floor you will find two comfortable bedrooms: one king-size featuring a Victorian chaise longue and a double. The bathroom is complete with separate shower and WC. Moving up to the second floor via some steep steps you will a snug/landing with a TV and Nintendo Wii. Adjacent to this area you will find two twin bedrooms each with reduced headroom. Stepping outside you can unwind in the enclosed elevated patio area with garden furniture and a chiminea with a small BBQ grill. This area is accessed by steep steps from the back of the property. Private allocated parking is available for one car; additional roadside parking may be found nearby
