SURROUNDINGS: The gardens are mainly surrounded by evergreen hedges and have spacious terraces surrounding the swimming pool with comfortably furnished sun loungers. Having been regular visitors to Cala San Vicenc for more than 10 years, we eventually decided to invest in a family holiday home in the village in 2010. We'd originally looked to have a property built elsewhere in the village, but when Villa Bernat became available, it seemed too good an opportunity to miss!

What makes this villa unique

We loved the location of the villa as it's only a few minutes from the beaches, our favourite restaurants and the hotel that we stayed in for many years. Despite the proximity to all these facilities, it's surprisingly quiet - important for that afternoon siesta by the pool...

Beautiful spacious villa, very comfortable, clean and well maintained. Excellent location for a quiet, relaxing holiday. Pleasant walks in the surrounding area and a couple of lovely beaches to spend time on. Good quality restaurants to choose from within walking distance of the villa.

Stephanie Bradley is very supportive and helpful. I would be happy to recommend this villa and this area to friends, and would be happy to return myself at a later date.
