Right in the neighborhood of Graça, our apartment in a decade of building 30, conveys the essence of the history of Lisbon. No lift and wooden stairs, I tried to recreate a typical Portuguese house, 80 the twenty-first century.
The authenticity of various objects that were part of the history of Portugal and Lisbon, make our unique, authentic apartment, but above all very convenient.
Guests will have general access to the apartment, counting with basic amenities, WiFi, TV, a double bed, a single that turns into a double bed and a sofa which can sleep two other people (of 6), however consider 4 guests as comfortable number to inhabit the apartment. As weekenders are available to recommend what should not miss in the city.
It is on the highest hill of Lisbon lies the neighborhood of Graça, one of the oldest of the capital, built on land where around the nation's constitution, was a huge olive grove. Slow and late, the European industrial revolution takes place in Lisbon. They settle in Grace the working class neighborhoods and, above all, the workers' villages built with aesthetic sense and town planning criteria. Grace happens to be at that time, an area of workers' villages such as Vila Gold Star or Berta Village, built just before the monarchy collapsed.
With a curious mixture of cosmopolitanism and rurality, the neighborhood is now looking for its splendid viewpoints, to know and enjoy: Grace, Senhora do Monte and Monte Agudo. With the right terraces with unforgettable views.
Well served by public transport, bus, metro 10 minutes and of course the tram No. 28, known for its beauty and passing through magical places. We could not fail to advise a visit to the city on foot, feeling the 7 hills and breathing landscapes of breathtaking sights! We emphasize the viewpoint of our Lady of Mount and the viewpoint of Grace. Both next door to the apartment ça!
To travel is one of ours biggest pleasure in life. We love to discover new cultures, typical food, security and the contrast of town when seen at day light with the artificial night lights. We have been to several cities and we believe that Lisboa is one of the bests to visit, live and experience.
We truly hope you feel our home as yours and believe that after your trip you will became as addicted as we are now to the sea, sardines, fado, soccer and the nº 28 tram.
