One level above street level, 9 rooms, an overflowing swimming pool and six terrasses, in total privacy , all overlooking the sea at 150m distance ,with spectacular views of the sea, the bay and the Golden islands . 5of 7 bedrooms have a fantastic sea view and direct access to a terrace. Entirely renovated in 2015 by a renowned architect; it is furnished with antiques louis XVI style from the legendary Hôtel de Paris in Monte-Carlo, ; it includes all the basic amenities making it both comfortable and functional.
Walking up the steps from the street leads up to the groung floor with a swimming pool; you have there four bedrooms with either double or two single beds each and four bathrooms; with boards everywhere. A small extra bedroom in addition. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine a dryer and a steam iron; an extra kitchenette with a fridge is located near the pool deck.
On the first floor, the reception level, with two bedrooms and a balcony around overlooking the swimming pool and a fantastic view. A spacious living room with a comfortable lounge/TV area, an open kitchen with a dining area; an independent bathroom with a toilet; an outside kitchen and pancha is organised around the outside dining terrasse; the master bed room has an antique carved wooden head , its own bath room and a balcony with fantastic190 ° view; finally a smaller double bedroom with a cot, accross the corridor facing the mediterranean garden planted with trees and flowers. The pool and its deck are centrally located very visible from gound or first floor; although it is secured (protected with alarms, and fences), infants should never be left alone, like on the beach. Two parking spaces are proprietary at the street level.The property is PART OF A VERY SECURED EXCLUSIVE RESIDENTIAL AREA residential area with environmental constraints, i.e. very green and calm.

BOOK SERVICES IN ADVANCE. My wife and I recommend that our guests book in advance the OPTIONNAL CONCIERGE SERVICES that we propose, i.e.: SHOPPING COOKING DRIVING : having someone help you shop, cook and drive 4h00 per day / 6 days for an extra 600 euros. CLEANING IRONING: We also propose extra cleaning services (16 euros per hour) as needed during your stay; please note that cleaning is done on saturday the day of arrival and the day of departure. If you stay two or more weeks you may want extra room service. You may also call me any time for guidance as you may need.

PRESERVED NATURE AND BEACHES We have known all the french coasts from north to south from west to east; finally we found this very special place where the coast is preserved, the water is 28 degrees in the summer and the airport(TOULON) is half an hour away. It is a rare luxury well worth the efforts of keeping a large family house for 14.
Waking up with the rising sun on the sea from your bed is something; The moon reflection on the sea is also amazing; Walking to a beautiful sand beach is a rare luxury. A total privacy so close to the water (150 metres) is very rare.
INFORMATION CONCERNING SECURITY IN LAVANDOU – SOUTH OF FRANCE :
I have been asked what kind of security is offered in that region.
It is important to know that our house is located in a secured residential area between Cap Negre and Cap BENAT which is probably the most secured area of the whole South of France.Cap Negre is where the past president Nicolas SARKOZY spend his family’s holidays in the private house of his wife. Actually he does bicycle a lot on my street! It is not rare to see him from the balcony!
On the other side of Cap BENAT is the Presidential holiday house the very famous “Fort de Bregançon” and although François Hollande is not using it, it is a well-guarded area. Also the port of TOULON is a major military base and needless to say that the whole region is highly protected.
We were two families totalling 11 people and this house was not only in a stunning position within walking distance to the beach, bars and restaurants but it had plenty of space for everyone to relax. The views are amazing and there are plenty of seating areas outside to make the most of them. (You definitely need a car as there are not any shops within walking distance). Everyone in the area is very friendly and the owner was quick to respond if we had a query. If we were coming back to this area of France, we would definitely book this house again. Great for family groups, especially if you like beach based holidays. Highly recommended.

We were three families staying for a week, 14 persons in total. We have only positive things to say about the house and the owner.
It was clean, well equiped, spacious, high standard, nice quiet street, no visible neighbours, a number of different places to eat and sit outside. A big plus for the large number of toilets and bathrooms, the families didn't have to share. Short walk to the beach. The house is even better than the pictures!
The contact with the nice owner was also very good, no problems at all.
We can highly recommend this house!

Sand Beaches of Aiguebelle and La Fossette accessible by feet. Harbor and port with sailing and motorboat rental. 200km special Bicycling Trail along the coast. Regular boat tours to St Tropez and the very famous Golden Islands : Port-Cros and Levant.
St Tropez and Ramatuelle shopping. Rayol botanical gardens.
Verdon gorge canyon canoeing. Guided Snorkling to sea conservatory area. etc...
