One level above street level, 7 bedrooms, an overflowing swimming pool and six terrasses, in total privacy , all overlooking the sea at 100m distance ,with spectacular views of the sea, the bay and the Golden islands .Bedrooms have a fantastic sea view and direct access to a terrace. Entirely renovated in 2015 by a renowned architect; it is furnished with antiques louis XVI style from the legendary Hôtel de Paris in Monte-Carlo, ; it includes all the basic amenities making it both comfortable and functional.

Walking up the steps from the street leads up to a huge groung floor terrace with a swimming pool; you have there four bedrooms with either double or two single beds each and four bathrooms; with boards everywhere. A very small extra bedroom in addition. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine a dryer and a steam iron; an extra kitchenette with a fridge is located near the pool deck.

On the first floor, the reception level, with two bedrooms and a balcony around overlooking the swimming pool and a fantastic view. A spacious living room with a comfortable lounge/TV area, an open kitchen with a dining area; an independent bathroom with a toilet; an outside kitchen and pancha is organised around the outside dining terrasse; the master bed room has an antique carved wooden head , its own bath room and a balcony with fantastic190 ° view; finally a smaller double bedroom, accross the corridor facing the mediterranean garden planted with trees and flowers. The pool and its deck are centrally located very visible from gound or first floor; although it is secured (protected with alarms, and fences), infants should never be left alone, like on the beach. Two parking spaces are proprietary at the street level; many other parking spaces available.The property is PART OF A VERY SECURED EXCLUSIVE RESIDENTIAL AREA with environmental constraints, i.e. very green and calm.

OPTIONNAL CONCIERGE SERVICES to be reserved at booking may be organised in advance: SHOPPING COOKING DRIVING, CLEANING, IRONING(see details below).BOAT MOORAGE may also be arranged with advanced booking if you want to see your boat in the sea from the house.

My wife and I recommend that our guests book in advance the OPTIONNAL CONCIERGE SERVICES that we propose, i.e.: SHOPPING COOKING DRIVING : having someone help you shop, cook and drive 4h00 per day / 6 days for an extra 600 euros. Please note that cleaning is done on saturday the day of arrival and the day of departure. We propose extra cleaning and ironing services (18 euros per hour) as needed during your stay; . If you stay two or more weeks you may want extra room service. You may also call me any time for guidance as needed.

PRESERVED NATURE AND BEACHES We have known all the french coasts from north to south from west to east; finally we found this very special place where the coast is preserved, the water is between 24 and 28 degrees from end of june to beginning of October and the airport(TOULON) is only half an hour away. It is a rare luxury well worth the efforts of keeping a large family house for 14.

Waking up with the rising sun on the sea from your bed is amazing; The moon reflection on the sea is also unique; Walking to a beautiful sand beach is a rare luxury. A total privacy so close to the water (100 metres) is very rare.

INFORMATION CONCERNING SECURITY IN LAVANDOU – SOUTH OF FRANCE :

I have been asked what kind of security is offered in that region.

It is important to know that our house is located in a very secured residential area between Cap Negre and Cap Benat which is probably the most secured area of the whole South of France.Cap Negre is where the past president Nicolas SARKOZY spend his family’s holidays in the private house of his wife. Actually he does bicycle a lot on my street! It is not rare to see him from the balcony!

On the other side of Cap BENAT is the Presidential holiday Palace on a rock, the very famous “Fort de Bregançon”, you can imagine that it is a well-guarded area. Also the port of TOULON is a major military base and needless to say that the whole area is highly protected.

A fantastic property in a wonderful location. Amazing views and walking distance to a great beach.

We had a wonderful time as a group of 13 (9 adults, 2 toddlers/young children and two babies) in this fantastic villa. Although the outdoor space is relatively limited it is extremely well designed and useable and there are lots of places to eat/drink outdoors. The villa is modern and appears to have been extensively refurbished recently. For our group its best features were the view (which you can see from virtually all parts of the outdoor space and the outdoor areas seem to have been designed with the view in mind) and the location: it is a short (5/10 minute) walk to a lovely, if relatively small, beach with two or three good beach restaurants (with beach loungers) with a small hamlet at the back of it with a few local restaurants/cafes. It is a short drive to a supermarket or a wider range of restaurants and so a car would definitely be recommended although there are two dedicated parking spaces and on-road parking is not a problem. When we were staying at the property the owner/his local representative responded to any requests very promptly although in the lead up to booking he was less responsive. In summary, a wonderful villa in a brilliant location for a family holiday.

Beautiful house in a stunning location

We were two families totalling 11 people and this house was not only in a stunning position within walking distance to the beach, bars and restaurants but it had plenty of space for everyone to relax. The views are amazing and there are plenty of seating areas outside to make the most of them. (You definitely need a car as there are not any shops within walking distance). Everyone in the area is very friendly and the owner was quick to respond if we had a query. If we were coming back to this area of France, we would definitely book this house again. Great for family groups, especially if you like beach based holidays. Highly recommended.

7 journées magnifiques dans cette villa ou l'on sent que le propriétaire veut faire goûter le plaisir de cette maison .

Tout était PARFAIT , la vue incroyable, 5 terrasses magnifiques avec toutes vue mer et très peu de bruit la route étant assez éloignée, la literie d'exception; les plages à + ou - 5 min à pieds (sans route derrière).etc...

Nous recommandons cette villa sans hésiter un instant.

Traumhaft!

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Bagheera in Le Lavandou war vom Anfang bis zum Ende absolut grandios.

Wir waren 2 Familien plus ein älteres Ehepaar (total 11 Personen). Alle haben sich sofort wohl gefühlt. Der Platz war absolut ausreichend. Die Liegenschaft und deren Einrichtung überzeugen und ermöglichen einen vollends entspannten Urlaub. Der Swimming Pool war absolut sauber und das Haus und der Umschwung sind sehr gepflegt. Zwei Strände und nette Restaurants sind sehr nahe gelegen und innert ca. 5 Minuten erreichbar. Wobei man in dieser Liegenschaft eigentlich gar kein Meer benötigt. Das Haus ist mit allem was das Herz begehrt ausgerüstet.

Ein grosses Dankeschön nochmals an den unglaublich hilfsbereiten Eigentümer. Wir kommen gerne wieder Emmanuel. Danke für alles!
