Scenic location in a busy small town fishing harbour.

The appartment appears to be recently refurbished and is in immaculate condition. Everything that you will need is in the appartment, and is scrupulously clean, light and airy. Modern wide screen TV, fast Wifi and new kitchen. It has a very cosy sitting room with wide picture windows overlooking the harbour.

The only area of the appartment that is not in keeping with the rest is the bathroom which is small and basic.

Has a small terrace overlooking the fishing harbour where the busy comings and goings of the town can be observed. A concentration of restaurants in this area means that you'll never go hungry. The appartment is directly above one of these.

The main shopping streets are just a few minutes away, with a supermarket very close by.

Granville is not a glitzy tourist town, but if you like a typically French atmosphere with friendly locals and an abundance of seafood fresh from the sea this place is ideal. The appartment is not spectacular, but is warm, clean and comfortable and is well recommended for a couple, add two kids and space may become a little tight.

Gepflegte und sehr gut ausgestattete Stadtwohnung über dem Hafen von Granville

Wir waren im Winter 17/18 für 16 Tage dort. Es erwartete uns eine sehr gepflegte und großzügige modern eingerichtete Wohnung. Da wir gerne kochen ist uns eine gut ausgestattete Küche wichtig. Hier fehlt es an nichts, selbst eine elektrische Saftpresse und eine Küchenmaschine sind vorhanden, ebenso Induktionsherd, Backofen und Mikrowelle sowie Spülmaschine, Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, etc. Es gibt WLAN, allerdings keine deutschen Fernsehprogramme, was nun für uns herzlich egal war. Wir waren zu zweit unterwegs, mit 4 Personen ist die Wohnung aber ebenfalls komfortabel zu benutzen. Die getrennte Toilette und ein Badezimmer mit wirklich toller und großer Dusche tun ein Übriges zum Wohlfühlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
