The Western Harbour Residence is a stunning, three bedroom apartment with parking, situated on the Firth of Forth, yet just 3 miles from the city centre.

A large, light, and modern living area features a comfy sofa (converting into a bed for one person at night); fully fitted, contemporary kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area; and flat screen TV with sky and WiFi. Guests are treated to stunning views across the water to the Forth Bridges and Fife coast.

Three good sized bedrooms (1x king, 1x double, 1x twin) have guest storage, Juliet balconies, and two feature en suite bathrooms with shower over bath in one and large walk in shower in the other.

Just along the road is Ocean Terminal, home to the Royal Yacht Britannia, a cinema, gym, high street shops and departments stores, and plenty of restaurants and cafes. A little further is The Shore, a trendy area with bistros, cocktail bars and even Michel starred restaurants. The Old Town, Royal Mile, Edinburgh Castle and New Town are under 4 miles away, with buses running from just outside of the apartment complex. A 24 hour ASDA superstore is also just outside of the complex.

This property benefits from free, secure car parking for one car, with additional free spaces outside of the building.

A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded after departure.

All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old.

Please arrange your arrival with the property manager at least 24 hours before arrival.

Check in is from 4pm, and check out is before 11am.

Please note that arrivals after 19:00 may incur a late arrival fee of 15 pounds for unsociable hours and arrivals after 10pm will incur a fee of £25.
