Looking over Charlotte Square, the West End and Dean Village, this third floor apartment provides everything you could want in an Edinburgh home-from-home.

The interior of the Georgian Town-house style apartment is equally as stunning as the views which come with it – it’s been furnished perfectly – bringing a modern twist to a classic Edinburgh space. The two bedrooms - one super king and one king sized, both with en-suite bathrooms - provide boutique-style escapes, both with beautiful original fireplaces.

The spacious living area benefits from light streaming in and leads to the dining room and wonderfully appointed fully equipped kitchen. There's dining space for four as well as a breakfast bar. The apartment also benefits from free private parking in a gated section at the back of the property.

The Edinburgh Address offer a range of hand-picked, luxury self-catering and serviced apartments and homes for short-term and holiday letting.

We require names and ages of all guests, as well as addresses and ID. We will require the lead guest to sign copy of our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to vet any booking. This apartment is not suitable for stag parties, hen parties or young single sex groups or parties. One member of the booking party must be over 25 years old. There is a strictly non-smoking policy. There may be a late check-in fee for check-ins after 7pm. There is a fully refundable damage deposit due one week before arrival and refunded one week after you depart.

Great weekend away

Fantastic property, exactly like the photos. Be warned the stair do become hard work. Couple of downsides; the double bed has roll together due to the design of the bed frame, not good for couples, there is an nespresso machine even if the letting didn't realise (lead to one extra trip up the stairs being our own from home which wasn't needed), the security code to enter the car park doesn't work from the street side, luckily we hadn't posted the keys back. All in all great stay, just minor niggles.
