Needs to sort out mold/damp
Stayed here for a few days in October.
Was perfectly nice as a base, but mold problems exist throughout, particularly in the bedrooms. This is a real problem, I wouldn’t have booked if I was aware of this and would have been more frustrating if there for longer.
Otherwise, felt it was a little mean that the cupboards had been completely cleared (no salt, pepper, oil, washing up liquid, dish washer powder).

Overall we had a lovely stay and when we needed to contact your office the replies were very quick so thank you. If the air conditioning issue could be resolved we would consider staying again. Thanks

Nice house, great pool, lovely and peaceful
No problems, we like a rural location , so perfect for us.
Really appreciated the pool arrangement with full sun but also a shaded area.
If you're staying here be aware that you will need to bring everything with you, down to dishwasher tablets, and even salt and pepper.
Come prepared and you'll have an excellent holiday.

The villa was well maintained, clean and with a lovely outside space. It was nicely furnished in a typical Spanish style and the beds were comfortable. Towels were changed mid week and the pool was cleaned several times during our stay. The property was in a quiet pleasant area as we had hoped for. Would recommend
Pollensa is located at the north-east corner of Mallorca, and set in one of the most unspoilt and beautiful areas of the island. With its traditional buildings, stone-built churches, pretty alleys bordered by flowers and excellent restaurants, Pollensa is the perfect place to "live like a local", in contact with the friendly Menorcans and the lush nature. The high mountains of the Sierra De Tramuntana provide shelter from the wind, blessing this area with a mild climate all year round. Just a short drive away, Puerto Pollensa provides a stunning sandy beach, a marina as well as a delightful seafront promenade bordered by tapas bar, tavernas and shops.
Alcudia: is the capital of the northern Mallorca. Famous for its beautiful medieval town built in traditional stone and perfectly preserved. The wonderful sandy beach, made of the finest white sand with shallow turquoise water, is fringed by excellent restaurants and bars. Finally, for the lovers of natural environment, the natural park of S'Albufeira will be the perfect place for walking, cycling or bird-watching.
Cap de Formentor: is one of that places that cannot be missed during a holiday in Mallorca. Spectacular, unique, untouched by the mass tourism and located in the northernmost point of the island, Cap de Formentor with its lighthouse stands at 384m above sea level offering unforgettable views. The road to the lighthouse, scenic and panoramic, has been designed by the Italian engineer Antonio Paretti to resemble a "ribbon" following the natural shape of the rocks. On the way to the lighthouse, a stop at the exclusive beach of Playa de Formentor is a must. This sandy beach with crystal clear water has seen in the years many rich and famous guests such as Charlie Chaplin, the Windsors and princess Grace due to its stunning and unspoilt location. The beach can also be reached by boat from Puerto Pollensa.
