This luxurious brand new penthouse is located on the 5th floor of Malaga's famous building Malaga Felix Saenz, which was considered the most privileged location of the city at the beginning of the 20th century. It was completely renovated in 2011.

The accommodation is on the top floor of the building and offers a large living room with a flat-screen TV, sofa, dining table and access to a narrow balcony overlooking the rooftops. The living room has access to a fully equipped kitchen; on the charming terrace, you will find a dining table and breathtaking views of the city. The bedroom has an extra large bed, a bathroom with showe, a wardrobe and also has access to the balcony. This apartment is of exceptional quality and is perfect for a romantic getaway in the city.

The accommodation has air conditioning, high speed internet, internet TV. Parking is only 100 meters away from the apartment.

Excellent apartment in great location

Booked this apartment through Solaga- all contact with Solaga was instant and helpful. The apartment is lovely with a small terrace overlooking the Plaza, small balconies run along the lounge and bedroom also. The location is excellent close to all the main attractions. The Mercado Central de Atarazanas is five mins away. Would def stay here again

On top of Plaza Felix Saenz in Malaga

My wife and I spent 15 days in Malaga (October 2017) and truly enjoyed staying in the Felix Saenz apartment. The place was clean, well furnished, sound proof. We particularly enjoyed the quality of the bed: great comfort. The location of the apartment is perfect: close to the port, to the cathedral, and at walking distance from Corte Ingles (9-10 minutes) where we found everything we wanted for cooking.

Beautiful view all around and easy access to everything in town

The apartment is in the pedestrian zone, in the center of the the old town. The view from this beautiful and emblematic building is amazing. The apartment is well equiped and confortable. Service from Solaga was perfect. À wonderful stay!

Engaging approximately one square kilometre area, the historic city centre of Málaga is just charming and multifaceted. In between the stone pedestrian streets there are about one thousand buildings, mostly built during the 19th century and being restored over the last few years, always preserving their original style.

Bounded by the Muelle Uno (touristic harbour) in the south, the famous Plaza de la Merced (old Picasso neighbour) in the north, the Guadalmedina River in the west, and the Alcazaba Fortress and Gibralfaro in the east. It is undoubtedly the economical and tourist centre of Malaga Capital, compressing shops of some of the most important brands of the world, the famous marble Larios street, a wide variety of restaurants and bars, important Museums as the Thyssen Museum or the Picasso Museum, squares, theatres, churches, the Cathedral, local fresh markets and many more touristic sights.

The access from and to the city centre is easy and smooth. You can take the bus, train, taxi or enjoy of a great walk. We recommend the beach Malagueta and its beach bars, located at just 10 to 15 minutes walking distance from our apartments.

The historic city centre and its narrow streets offer to their guests the opportunity to experience from the inside the vibrant life of locals, from the comfort and peace of your apartment. What is more, you can enjoy a great Spanish "tapa" with a glass of wine or beer in nearly every corner of the centre, so we guaranty that you will never get bored.
