A converted oast on the southern fringe of the Ashdown Forest. Set in the grounds of the owners' country farmhouse this is unusual accommodation for up to four guests. With a galleried living room on the first floor this room looks down onto the dining area below. The kitchen dining space is an excellent size with a well equipped. The two bedrooms are in the turret part of the oast house with one bedroom on the ground floor and the other above upstairs. There is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. The family bathroom with bath and shower above is also on the ground floor and there is a separate cloakroom upstairs.
Outside there is private garden space for guests to enjoy and wonderful views over the surrounding countryside towards Fletching.

The oast house is just two miles from the market town of Uckfield and on the southern fringes of the Ashdown Forest. This is an attractive area with access beyond the forest to Sheffield Park Gardens and the Bluebell Railway to the west. Head south and Glyndebourne is not too far away, neither are the South Downs at Beachy Head and the seaside resort of Eastbourne. Head east beyond Heathfield and visit Batemans, home of Rudyard Kipling.
